Paelos, tonight will be occupied with the setting up of new desktop but I should be free basically any evening the rest of the week. Thursday night is probably good. I like to watch football while I'm playing Bloodbowl.

Underhill Uberchefs 0 - 3 Insatiable Words cannot describe how clownshoes this match was. Even after cutting all my extra stuff, I couldn't induce a Star Player to help me out, so I settled for the MC and a Wizard. No play by play review this time around...didn't really get a whole lot of feedback from the last one Suffice to say, Megrim played well and took full advantage of my 'flings tripping over themselves. Managed to inflict some pain myself, but never came close to scoring. Numbers for number munchers:

I submitted Catfighters v. Beetles, there is also some imaginary match up there between Comstar's Walker Blue Buoys and my My Little Pony Elves, and I dunno wtf that is or where it came from. Maybe Comstar tried to submit ours and it made that thing instead?
Yes, that was me. I've deleted it. Our match results are correct

I still can't figure out how to submit my match with BB manager. I watched the replay but when I submitted it, there were no stats at all. I hope Kailas was able to submit our match, if not does anyone know how to do it?

Updated the games already on BBManager. Please upload the missing replays (missing due to BBManager being down) so I can proceed to more validations.
Lamaros, Saturday or Sunday mornings are good if, by morning, you mean noon my time, which should be around 7pm your time or so? Otherwise, I could play as late as Friday/Saturday around my 3am, which should be your 10am? Let me know.

So what do you get a Norse thrower who already has +1 STR and Tackle to go with his natural Block & Pass? I have access to passing or general skills.
I'm seriously considering Frenzy, because 2 wolves isn't enough. Also maybe Pro.

I have submitted out match now on BB manaer Teleku. Ginaz if no one else has answered you yet about how to upload matches on BBmanager I asked the same question before the start of last season Proudft and Ingmar gave detailed instructions how to do so in this thread http://forums.f13.net/index.php?topic=20722.280 - on my browser the answers are towards the bottom. Hope that helps.

Currently he mostly handles precision blocking where I need STR4 because I can't get assists, or where I need tackle, or where frenzy isn't ideal - which is the attraction of pro. OTOH frenzy is awesome. He runs in a TD now and again, but I don't really do passing. If I ever want a passer I'll probably swap a lineman for a second thrower at some point.

Dwarves 2 - 1 Goblins
This was a horrible bloody game. By the end there was 8 goblins sleepin in the badly hurt box. Actually I tell a loe. 5 of them were hurt, 3 were just sent off! I dwarf is off for the next game due to a pinched nerve, which I rolled my new apothacary for, but since I have never rolled an apoth before I promptly chose the wrong result and kept it!
I have to say that Modern Angels luck was atrocious. From the first turn where his chainsaw guy impaled himself on his own chainsaw, to lots of really stupid rolls from his trolls, to a really horrible double shull result that he rerolled and still got double skulls. MA Played very well though for all that. We very nearly had a draw.
I might have a more detailed writeup later, but I need a drink. My first win. Yey.
Oh I dont have BBmanager installed and the link to the download page dosent work. I hope Modern angel has the program. If not I can email the file to someone

I can upload it.
Yeah, there were definitely things I would do differently in retrospect. In particular, a turn four foul with my Sneaky Git which still got him sent off. Still, I was three goblins down by Sir T's turn two so I was in the hole early. It was a pretty entertaining game, with inspired plays and mistakes by both sides. I misread things on turn 16 (thought I had one more turn) and, while it wouldn't have mattered due to the lay of the board, I was absolutely convinced I'd pulled out a last minute tie. We're talking three squares from the end zone, nobody in sight to stop me... and then GAME OVER. It was crushing.

Fianna Chulain 4 - 3 Chemical Elvers: Elven Bullshit aplenty. Very exciting match indeed, well worth the Cabalvision subscription. I had 400k in inducements and took a reroll and a Masterchef, both of which were very much worth the cost. The Chef took two rerolls in the first half and one in the second. Celer elected to receive first and formed a cage around the ball. For six turns he ground his way down the pitch like a bunch of Dwarfs while Elves skirmished around, ganking isolated members of either team. Finally on turn 6 he breaks free and scores after a failed Leap stopped my Wardancer from blitzing the ball carrier. In return the Wood Elves showed their noble kin how Elves should play by scoring a standard 2 turn TD. There's a bit of a skirmish for the final two turns but nothing of note happens before the whistle. We both have one injured player apiece going into half time - I have a MNG line-Elf while Celer has a catcher with -1AV. Celer kicks it short to start the second half - right into the hands of a Wardancer. I push her forwards into the High Elves' half of the pitch but fail a dodge roll with a Line-Elf while trying to screen her which leaves her open to a blitz. The expected blitz duly comes along and KOs the Wardancer. The other Wardancer leaps into the fray, knocks the ball out by swinging a handy High Elf at it and after a bit of bouncing around it ends up in the hands of one of my Wood Elves. He dodges out of trouble and hands it off to a waiting catcher who runs it in for another two turn TD. Having had the concept of throwing demonstrated to them, the High Elves decide to give it a try and they send a catcher down each side of the pitch. I mark one catcher and blitz the other down knocking him out for the rest of the match. The High Elves however get a blitz on my marker on the other side and, thanks to having Wrestle, manage to not only avoid the turnover (I had Block, they didn't) but also drop my marker. Ho hum. The thrower passes to one of his team-mates who ferries it down to hand off to the catcher who proceeds to run it in and tie the score at two all. The next kick by Celer also lands in the hands of a Wardancer. This time she passes it backwards to the thrower to give the Wood Elves some room. I make a few blocks to clear space, KOing a High Elf in the process, then my agi5 catcher rolls a 1 followed by another 1 for a dodge roll and falls over, fails his armour save and promptly breaks his neck . -1 Agi on a catcher is pretty bad but at least he's still agi 4. Still sucks though. The High Elves surround the Wardancer in their midst and mostly try and position themselves to defend but I pull out some gold-plated Elven bullshit when the Wardancer leaps out of the scrum of Elves surrounding her and runs to the endzone. Then, the thrower runs up to hand the ball off to a random unmarked Line-Elf who trots into a clear spot and throws it to the waiting Wardancer. 3-2 to me! The next kick goes next to a line-elf who again mimics the lesson they just got taught by their wild kin by passing it back to their thrower. Celer is dithering a bit at this point and runs out of time while trying to sort out his positioning. I get a Line-elf and a Wardancer on his thrower as markers and then blitz him down with the second Wardancer who then makes a GFI to pick up the loose ball afterwards. The High Elves don't have a lot of support in their back field but still they get enough for two 2d blocks on the Wardancer however they don't manage to knock her over and she easily dodges away to score a fourth Wood Elf TD with two High Elf and one Wood Elf turns left on the clock. I kick it deep for the final drive and the High Elves again send catchers down each side of the pitch, although this time each one is escorted by a blitzer with Guard. Again I mark one and blitz the other. The Wardancer blitz is successful but I fail a dodge roll trying to get more markers on the second catcher. His bodyguard pushes away the sole marker there and, after a nervous moment with some failed throws and catches requiring a reroll, the ball is carried into my endzone for the third time right as the final whistle blows. Fianna Chulain defeats The Chemical Elvers 4-3 in the battle of the elves! It ended exactly as you'd expect, with some key positioning errors (mostly due to the High Elf coach's mismanagement of time at the end of the turn) giving the Wood Elves the opening they needed.
It started, however, with the High Elves receiving and doing their best Dwarf impression. The initial strategy was to bash the squishier elves into the dust, form a nice cage, and rumble upfield. This clearly caught the wood elves off guard, but the tactic was not very successful, as the woodie's chef swiped a couple rerolls and made the high elves run out early, with little blood to show for it. When the cage got into scoring distance, a Wardancer tried and failed to leap in, and the Chemmies attempted to extract some more blood and stall rather than scoring right away. Some double-skulls later, this proved to be a bad decision, as the Wardancer was able to stand up in the cage. Luckily for them, the ball remained in friendly hands, and it only took a few reroll-less blocks and a dodge to reach the end zone in turn 6. Of course, the woodies were able to answer with an easy pass and catch to tie the game at the half.
To start the second half, the woodies received and made an unusual decision to move the ball carrier upfield with little protection (there was a failed dodge that would have helped a lot). It was easy pickings for my +ST/+AG guy to knock the ball free, but coach made the mistake of NOT attempting to pick the ball up. Feeling that the resulting ball carrier would be left too uncovered, instead he plopped a couple elves around the ball and waited for a pickup attempted. He'd like to have that decision back, as the woodies nailed a key 1d block into the ball carrier, the ball shuttled around a bit and landed in wood elf hands, who leaped their way to a 2-1 lead. The Chemmies decided to say nuts to the dwarvish strategy at this point and charged deep along both sidelines. A nice Wrestle freed up a receiver for a quick equalizer to start turn 12. The woodies pulled off a nifty pass in turn 13, with a Wardancer leaping and GFI into the end zone to set up, then a standard line elf pulling a Long Pass and a successful catch (all with no rerolls).
This was where the second key mistake hit the Elvers, as they were a couple seconds short in moving their ball carrier into position after the kickoff, leaving him exposed to a blitz while the rest of the team was stuck upfield. The woodies capitalized to make it 4-2 and seal the game in turn 15. Of course, elves being elves, the Elvers eked out another garbage time TD out of the deal.
This game was a lot of fun, and could easily have been even higher scoring if I hadn't sandbagged for most of the first half. I think it was a sound strategy to attempt to bash them into the dust with my (slight) guard and strength advantage, but we seemed to remain pretty even. He made one big mistake and I didn't capitalize, I made one big mistake and he did capitalize, welcome to the world of elves.
The woodie uber-catcher was reduce back from 5 AG to his rightful 4, so that was something! Fun match overall, it's something to score 3 TDs and lose, but we knew going in that the first one to 4 TDs would take it.

You bastard, that's my first missed prediction. I got the score right, just the wrong way around. I'm more than happy to be wrong this time though! Falc validated the match, I have two players out for the next game - my not-quite-so-awesome-any-more catcher who will be staying in his room and crying for a bit, and a line-elf. A wardancer levelled so I gave her Strip Ball to go with the Mighty Blow thatshe got last time. She'll be my catcher-hunter of choice now. Another Line-Elf also levelled and got +1 agility - just to rub it in the face of the poor, crippled catcher.

Dandies 3 - 0 Rogue Rogues
They are mourning in elf-town this morning. The dandies used their strength and mighty blow advantage to cut out any elven bullshit before it could get started. Ezrast used both apothecaries by the middle of the first half, but the paintrain kept on rolling. The Rouges start catcher was killed later in the match, as well as the rookie passer. I believe all the other injuries that were inflicted were just badly hurts. I was sweating a gang-foul on my ogre at the end of the first half that resulted in an injury, but used my apoth to keep him in the game.
My philosophy going into this one was to smash elves, and it worked out well. I knew Ezrast had no bench, so I was willing to foul with no skill linemen to try extend a numbers advantage if possible. Ezrast got a little boned on his inducements, as his halfling chef took no rerolls in the first half, and 2 in the 2nd (but I earned one back right away on the kickoff event.) My scores were not the result of any brilliant strategy so much as a lack of elves available to do much of anything.
Replay is uploaded to BBM. My ogre took mvp, and I believe I leveled a blitzer.
