I like to think of it more as 'refreshing the well of dad jokes'. Brilliant. Raging groaners, all.

This is apparently old but I saw it for the first time today and giggled for like half an hour.

In all the hours I've wasted on interviewing complete frauds, it has never once occurred to me to bill them for my time.  Brilliant.

Ahhh, that is brilliant. Totally unenforceable, even civilly, but brilliant.

Dear Rebekah,

On the 20th of October, 2017 I interviewed with your head of HR, Lead Developer, and CEO (you, somehow) for a senior development position. It wasn't readily apparent then, but it is now, that you all are poorly equipped to be a company let alone run a company. First of all, you don't pay your senior developers nearly the market rate. In addition, you clearly value your head of HR more than the employees that directly contribute to your bottom line - as can be seen by how much you value HR, you do not trust your own employees - which in retrospect should have been obvious since you were interviewing for a position you yourself would not qualify for. As such, I am billing you the going rate for a senior developer in a company that values their employees.

<math>

In your letter you state that it was immediately apparent I was not qualified. As such, the above bill represents the 5 hours and 45 minutes of wasted time in addition to gas, depreciation on my vehicle (I rounded down, you're welcome) and travel time.

If the amount due is not received via post within the following month, I will fucking savage you on Twitter and yelp and we both know if I made it to the in-person interview process, your hiring pool is weak af. I will do this as a matter of principle rather than cost.

Good luck and godspeed.

Even though GTA SA is one of my favorite games ever, I think it would be 1000% better with this mod:

Sister and family were in town so I went to the mall with them. They dragged me in to one of these "As seen on TV" stores, and they were selling this. My sister thought it looked hilarious.

I looked at her weird. Note - I gave them Catan last year and I'm pretty sure they never opened it.

But I'm not the only one to think this looks like someone with a warehouse full of unbought sex toys found a new way to shift product, right?  Even the logo looks uh,  deeply inappropriate.
