You know? It occurs to me that if you could somehow harness all the free time dedicated to teh intarweb as a force for good we could end world hunger, cure cancer and put a colony on Mars before the end of the month.

You know, there was hardly any slave labor used on royal Pyramids. It was actually an honor to work on them, and as such, the vast majority of the labor was done by selected volunteers.

Who gives a fuck. Slaves, not slaves, volunteers, not volunteers, paid people. Doesn't matter. There's nothing wrong with the saying on that poster. The people who built the pyramids were an endless supply of expendable labor. There's a number of myths surrounding the pyramids.
1. Slaves.
2. The entire populace of Egypt when the Nile River was too flooded for farming.
3. Aliens.
I'm going with 1 and 3. Where I'm from we call the flood season "Summer Break." Not "Hey, you know what would be fun, let's build a giant pyramid."
