Isn't that a cactus or something?  Does it make you high?

Considering I really am high as I reply to your post, I'd have to say that would rock on multiple levels.

I logged in when I got home from work and just let the queue ride.  I'm in the guild now with my undead mage, and I'd love to tell you my name but forgot what form of Dren... it is.  Anyway, it is on the ingame roster, look for me there.

Game is almost totally new to me playing a mage (never played one) and undead (never played horde.)  It was really fun just from that aspect.  One bad thing though.

I'll be on tonight to look for an f13er for an invite.  I'm still only 6th level, and I'm certain that the rest of you will continue to blow past me, but an amusing chat channel would be great.

Feh, we're passing items around on a regular basis, so gold isn't required for anything other than training.  As for bags, I asked who didn't have any and nobody answered me.  I'll go farm some linen and send you a few tonight.

I know.  I'm running close to even for training, which makes me uncomfortable.  I'll most likely run short for training too, which is annoying.  I typically bypass all of that by sending seed money to my alts like 2 gold.  That lasts until at least lvl 20.

Sorry, I didn't see your request for bag targets.  I'd appreciate a couple.  Once I start getting greens I don't need, I'll send them your way for dis'ing.  I'm surprised I haven't gotten any bag drops at all yet.

I've been trying to get on over the past few nights but I get tired of waiting for the queue.

I'll get in sooner or later and will have an Undead Priest. Probably level too slow to be of any use. My main is only now level 29.

Been itching to try an RP/PvP server. Damn the queue.

My queue last night was about 577 long and 30 minutes worth. I did hit 9 and got to hunt with Drenigious (sic) some. I have yet to search for my withered jewels, though.

Also, I already want to stab lots of people in the face, mostly those advertising for guild members in the LFG channel.

Why are you still in LFG channel?  My first move was /leave 1. 3. and 4.

I'm liking the mage so far since the damage I'm putting out is by far more than any other character I've started (I've made all of them except Hunter.)  Our mage/rogue duo was fragile but great for damage.  It was fun.

I'll follow the group but given the queues I just can't justify what little play time I have for waiting, and I hate to slow anyone else down.

Looking forward to the blogs... ;)

First I couldn't even get in the queue. Now I can, and I'm only #299 or so at 8:44 pm CST. Maybe most of the punters have gone home.

Logged in at 4:30 server time to get through queue in time for playtime later and found no queue at all.  Stayed logged in the rest of the night even though I only actually played for about 1.5 hours.  Works for me, just have to move my character every 30 minutes or so  wink.

Made Indyra the undead priestess last night at about 11pm after Perenolde 'sploded, no queue at all at that time of night :P  Newbie zone was actually nice and quiet, ran her up to level 6 and logged without any annoyances other than the inevitable RP-nazism over general chat (thank you, /leave command)

I think everyhardcore roleplayer should stick to single-player games.  They don't seem to want anyone else on the server (given the way they all threaten to demand people be banned at the drop of a hat.)

Almost all members can invite into the guild so if a F13 person messages you asking for an invite, feel free to give it.

Myself (Foozle), or MrHat (Paxx) are around quite a bit if there's anyone still needing an invite.

Also for current members, if you group with someone who seems to know what they're doing and isn't a complete tard, go ahead and give them a guild invite if they are looking to join a guild. If you do invite someone, let Hat, Haemish or myself know.

And today's ArrPee tip - If a Tauren comes up to you and asks you to milk them... don't.

You know, in all the shennanigans in general chat, I've yet once to see anyone make any reference to udders.  God and Jesus made an appearance as did Thrall and the Tauren leader but the  lack of references to lovely great big udders just goes to show how unoriginal WoW players are.

That said I did see a guild called 'Hordenance' last night so maybe there's some hope.

I would just like to say once again that I FUCKING HATE HORDE. I hate the fucking Barrens, I hate the Undead, and I just generally hate the Horde. It is quite obvious that the content on the Alliance side is more interesting, more geographically compacted (unless you play Mangina, but who gives a shit about them anyway) and more rewarding. I'd like to take whatever Blizzard writer retard it was that decided it was a smart idea to put one race from each side on a completely different continent than all the other races and shoot him directly in the face.

I thought that after the barrens things get a lot more interesting, fast. Round about the same time when you start entering the contested areas, so you have a valid point there.

Yeah, Barrens is some boring shit that just keeps going on and on and on.  I'm glad I hit 18 so I can go back to Silverpine tonight and do some of the quests I left there.

Part of the problem is there's too many levels crammed into Barrens, and the zone's so damn long it takes forever to get to the upper level stuff.  Alliance has it so much better because after you hit Westfall you're not there for much longer than 5-6 levels before you can move on to Redridge or, if you so choose, go to Darkshore and pickup some of the late stuff there or early Ashenvale if you're so arsed.  All different-looking areas with different flavor to the content.  SOOOO damn much of barrens has been "Kill these Centaurs and bring me their heads.  Ok now kill THESE centaurs and bring me their heads.. ok one more time!" plus "kill these animals for rare parts drops.. they're all over and in no convienant cluster, so good fucking luck."

Barrens is a shitty, shitty, shitty zone.   Plus there's not enough fucking cloth drops there.  I got tons of the stuff in UD lands from scarlet crusade, dalaaran, undead, murlocs, rothide gnolls.  Barrens you get.... centaurs or maybe quillboars if there aren't 15 other horde there trying to collect their 60 bits or kill their 15 cound.  Fuuuck.

After playing alliance from launch I agree.  The quests are boring and involve too much running.

I have to gripe about the town layouts too.  It seems like they designed the horde towns to be as confusing as possible with all the different elevations, etc.  The Alliance cities are laid out simply and you can hit each point in it within seconds.  Half the time I'm trying to figure out "how the hell do I get up there?" in the horde cities.

A side note though:  I thought it was strange to be playing Undead to the music of Barney (son was watching it nearby.)

Background: "I love you, you love me, ...."
Son: "What are you doing Daddy?"
Me: "Oh, I'm eating this guy I just melted with fire."
Son: "Why don't you kill that bad guy in the middle of your screen?"
Me: "Oh, that's me son.  I'm a rotting zombie type skeleton."
Son: "..."

Hehe I have these conversations all the time with my five year old.  She won't let me kill lizards but giraffes are ok, and she's still in the Ugly => Evil mode so it is hard to explain to her that not everyone in Org is a Bad Guy.
