I used to work in a medical records storage/distribution facility that served half a dozen area hospitals. Trust me, there is no privacy. They may have come down on these people for peeking at the records of a celebrity, but chances are someone somewhere is griefing his co-worker by putting pictures of the inside of your grandfather's colon inside his copy of People magazine.
