Oh man, I wish I'd been recording this.  Just got close to a perfect score on the web version.  I've been messing around with it when I need a brain break; it's almost meditative.


Figured out that you can remove the ribs without ANY blood loss if you use the hand saw and are verrry careful with it.  You literally have to saw back and forth over the bone, and not touch anything else with the blade.

The only times I slipped up were when I tossed the lungs onto a table full of sharp instruments (it still counts as damaging the patient even if they're detached, lol), and of course cutting the heart free, which still gives me difficulty because I swear one of the tubes is invisible so I always wind up having to slash around blindly until I hear the beating stop.
