Drew Brees just blew his load. Wow. Then I saw the Philly D with probably the third highest points for the week.

I have never played WoW.

Yeah, Brees stuck the knife in and then Forte tripped, fell on me and drove it in deeper.  T.O. is coming to finish the job but all I can do is hope that I can limp to safety before he catches up.

Fuck. I need 50 points from 3 players tonight or I'm hosed. How did the Baltimore D only score 3 points against KC?

Great fucking game last night. Packers seriously need to unfuck that O line because it's going to be their weakness all year long if they don't.

I  am asking this question myself over and over again.  What makes it better is that I fucking sat the Eagles D (35 POINTS   ACK!)

Great fucking game last night.

Best part was watching Cuntler throw pick after pick. God he is a twat.

Rasix cruised to an easy victory against me. My receivers utterly shit the bed. How the fuck did Brees throw 6 TDs and not hit Lance Moore? I smell a conspiracy.

Who was it that sniggered in chat when I picked Shockey in the 11th round?  Yeah...  awesome, for real

Someone shoukd have saved the chat log from that draft as there was a fair amount of ragging by a particular participant.  Be interesting to see how prescient or dubious the comments turn out to be.

Getting my roster in order will not help me do any better than acting as a bye for my opponent.

I wish everyone the best of luck on this season.  I hope it will be entertaining.

Says the guy who wracked up 99 points this week.  awesome, for real

Well, TO not catching a ball the entire first half didn't help me. I've never lost a week when I had my QB put up 50+ points. Kudos.

Buh. Tennessee defense was horrible this week. I start Arizona (!) instead and I win.  Ohhhhh, I see.

I was telling my bud this morning: "well, if ronnie brown has a career game and reggie wayne dies, I might win!".

He laughed at me.

Took off a couple of layers of paint on that one...  but a win is a win, even if it's by .6 of a point.

Trade offers welcome!

I had the second lowest score in the league.  0.65 or not, I deserved to lose this week.

Shit, if I had started Rivers instead of Sanchez and one or two other moves, I could have won. As it is, I am the lowest scorer by 30 points after two games. Fuck.

I'm sitting on Dallas Clark and looking for decent offers at WR. Let me know. If you want one of the top TE's, that is.

To show my ignorance, I've decided to start the QB I grabbed on the waiver wire over the player I took in the 1st round of the draft.  Matchups, weather, injuries, and all that.  I'm sure I'll be regretting it come 4pm.

Eli over Brady?  No, I don't think you'll regret that this weekend.

Instead, I'm regretting benching Kevin Walter.  I didn't think he was up to full speed yet.  Apparently, I was wrong.

My running back situation is a travesty. If anyone has one they want to offer up for trade I'll take a look at anything at this point.

It's becoming blatantly obvious that I have one of the most inconsistent teams in the world. Not that it matters, because Jones-Drew put up more points against me than 4 of my guys combined.

Second week in a row I benched a 15+ point Desean Jackson anticipating a disaster for the Eagles. I still squeaked it out this week, though.

League settings question for the group: I noticed that we have a limit of 2 player acquisitions per week right now. This was not something I intended. Does anyone want it changed? I have never played with a limitation like that and if someone makes a change based on a bye week and makes a mistake, it could bone them.

I typically would just go ahead and change it but I don't want a pile of WTF?! on me for making a settings change in the middle of the season so I am asking first.

I'm fine with changing it.  It will become helpful when people start having multiple players on BYE.

And I squeak out another one.  the law of averages is going to catch me up pretty soon though, there are only so many times you can win with a 65-70 point performance.

I have Stephen Jackson and Clinton Portis. I desperately need a WR that isn't shit.

And who thought Schaub would put up almost 5x the points that Brees did.
