Goes like this.

Played at release. Cancelled. Played the 10 day trial.  Cancelled.  Got an AIM from an old DAoC friend recently and resubbed to play healer for them.

Mostly I play LotRO.  Every once in a while I'll play WAR to chat.

I can't argue with you.  Nostalgia is taking me for $15 a month.

WAR is like golf.  1 min of fun for every 5 hours of frustration.

And 20 minutes of walking.

I frequently will take some time from my day to pause and read through the forums because, as we all do here at Mythic, I value the opinion of our players and what they think or feel about the game. For anyone that works in the games industry – particularly in the field of MMOs – you know it’s a labor of love, not a classic 9-to-5 job. We work on games because we are passionate about them, we care about our players, and at our core we are gamers through and through.

Just smacks of:     "And lastly, I'd like to thank all the little people who..." Oy.

EDIT:  That's probably a bit harsh.   I didn't realize that he probably has a gun pointed at his head as he types that Hanoi style... apologies.

Yes, it was.  I thought something had been added and I missed it, but I guess not.

The casting lags pisses me off so much on swordmasters and chosens so much cause their playstyle demands you execute different moves for a more effective cycle. I tried Bright Wizard once and realized instant casts are the only way to survive and deal damage, unless if I prefer to stand still, finish a spell and die before the aoe root can get off the cast lag.

So I checked back my RR50 Chosen and saw they improved the Aura twisting incentive. It's also hilarious when they gave the Chosen a 'one button - no cooldown' 360 degree aoe build. There's almost no point in using other attacks anymore when you can just hit more than 10 targets at once. Rending Strike, Quake & Blastwaves etc. Enjoy it while it last imo (10 days for me)

Oh ho ho ho. Reallllly? I did schild. I let my cousin play and pay for it till he got bored at RR 50.
At the end of his 1st month he didn't resub.

I quit at my 1st free month (BUT I BOUGHT A 2 MONTH TIME CARD TO REGISTER MY ACCOUNT FUCK ME)  Heartbreak

I gave it a 10 day look and that was my 1 day impression. Yeah they tweaked my class a bit. But the game's still the same. I remember walking into my cousin's room and seeing him playing PSP while his Chosen was parked at the keep gates.

"Wtf are you doing?"

"Step off so I can post this on the forum"
"Sure  why so serious? "
