Three different people with three different uniforms. Looks like some kind of multinational training exercise.
The guy doing the firemans carry and hauling the machine gun looks like UK para (camo style, regimental patch and wing style and that they are on the arm). No idea on the rest, though the guy being carried looks like he might come from an armored unit (the vest and ze goggles).
Edit: The chubby guys helmet seems to scream US Mechanized but if he was he would have a unit insignia on his shoulder.

They arent real soldiers, hence everyone above you repeatedly mentioning airsoft. Airsoft are plastic look-a-like guns which shoot plastic pellets. |

Yeah, definitely airsoft. However, I think you're right about the standing fellow wearing a UK getup - I recognize the helmet. The one being carried is going for the USMC woodland look, and the fatty is wearing modified BDU's. Lots of special operations cats wear them. All you do is move the breast pockets to the shoulders, the lower pockets up to the breast, add velcro and voila, you look like a coolguy(tm). |

You're right, BDU's aren't issued anymore. It's sad, though, because ACU's are nothing short of the most garbage uniform ever conceived. Ever. We're supposed to be switching to Multicam in 2010.  |
