I don't know there is one. The picture is taken from an Austrian Special Forces skydrop, that's why the man's face is blurred. I was shocked too that they do that stuff, but I guess the dogs are very well trained.

If I had been the photo editor responsible for that shot I'd have blurred the dog's face too.

I was going to say - my first thought when seeing the skydiving dog was "that's gotta be a military or special forces thing, especially with that type of muzzle".  I wonder how you train or test a dog for calmness or stability when skydiving though.  That's not a "let's see if he'll go after the ball" sort of thing, after all.

I like the skydiving jack russell air running during freefall.

That and the goggles! They do nothing!

Those dogs are super well trained, as are the handlers.  The bonds I've seen between the dogs/handlers are as strong, if not stronger, than between the actual dudes, and the dogs are as much a part of the team as anyone.

We love those guys.

Edit: Found a YouTube vid.

Its not about cats, but humans so it might dissapoint in this crowd, but damn someday I need to try that. Hell I could feel the adrinaline rising just by watching that movie. Nicely edited also.

ACK! Only a suicidal lunatic would strap on a cat and jump out of a plane.

I'd bet that two seconds after the skydiver left that plane, the cat tore out of its restraints and brutally murdered him.

(Then sat on the freefalling corpse, trying to wash its paws with smug satisfaction, unaware that it doesn't know how to operate the parachute.)

They say the 10 year contract is "Symbolic". Whatever the hell that means in football.

The GIF is sped up, so it looks fake. The actual video looks pretty damn legit.
