In case anyone is curious the design is meant to be the Chinese Character CCTV (State broadcaster) have as their name. Also construction got severely delayed due to a massive fire in the building next door a few years ago due to, apparently, the security chief for the building storing a shit load of illegal fireworks there that caught fire  |

I wonder how badly that building stands up to crosswinds coming across the back side. It looks like it has zero way to spread the air out, and then the fact that it's probably extremely heavy on the front side. I feel like it's a disaster waiting to happen.
