I'll put it out there T.O. is going to have two TDs. Assuming he is playing tongue

And put me down for 20$ on the Giants winning by 4 points. This is a strange day.

4th period, 13:29 left. NYG 21 - DAL 17.

Ok, stop the world NOW.

God loves the Patriots.

Chargers win but the QB and RB both go down, now the Cowboys are without their center and the Giants have secondary injuries I think. Patriots are going to be facing one hobbled team after another.

Edit: On that 3rd down play where Romo appeared to overthrow the ball the receiver slowed down then sped back up, the ball landed right where he would have been had he kept running. And now game over.

I know I picked DAL for the 'W', but the look on the faces of Jerry Jones and Bum Jr. (as well as Romo) is priceless… …see you all in GB next week!

Holy fuck, what a day of upset football. After the first fumble, the Colts never looked themselves. Had they gone to New England with or without Marvin Harrison, they'd have lost. Now we get to watch San Diego get stumpfucked by the Pats next week. The thing that won the Chargers that game was depth at the skill positions, and that's one things the Colts don't have. Wayne and Harrison go down, and all you have is Gonzales, who is about 2 years from being Brandon Stokely. The Colts' D was just not good enough all game long, especially their corners. Vincent Jackson is not as good as the Colts made him look. But really, who would have expected with Tomlinson and Rivers out AND Gates hurt, the Chargers would have executed a winning drive?

But really, the Cowboys? I can blame that entire loss on the offensive line. They had way too many false start penalties, too many that killed good drives including that final one. Romo didn't look bad, TO wasn't spectacular but wasn't bad, but the whole offense especially in the second half looked off, and it started at the center. He couldn't get the ball out in time, and guys were jumping all over the place. There's no way the Giants DB's should have been able to do what they did. But to give the Giants credit, Eli didn't fuck up. He had a good game, and he threw no picks. I'd never have bet on that in a million years.

So it looks like we'll have a Pack/Pats Super Bowl for a '97 rematch.

Championship Picks:

New England
Green Bay

I think 2/8 now because two of my upsets came true, even though I'm pretty pissed about the Dallas one, but I saw that coming. I don't care what you do in any season, NOBODY has ever beaten the same team three times. Ironically, Dallas is the one team who's had a shot twice, and now has blown it twice.

6/8  missed on the NYG first win and the SD win.

I'm taking NE & GB for the superbowl.  Please god, let me see a defense try to take it to Brady throughout the entire game, just once, pretty please?

Here's praying for a Shawn Merriman closeline hit on Brady...  Also lol @ Dallas, called that one.  That loss can be put on any section of that team.  The chargers won as a team, the cowboys lost as one.

I don't think Triforcer made all the predictions so he's not really 0/8.

My Superbowl prediction is still in tact.

Green Bay
New England

Both teams went into the playoffs with momentum and they've kept it going.  I unfortunately think both games are going to be blowouts. Eli's a terrible cold weather quarterback and San Diego is just banged up.  Luckily they've got just about the best backups for their skill players at RB/QB.
