Guess what I am not getting is how the guy jumps outta the side car and becomes the Flash that suddenly can sprint faster than the motorcycle to grab onto the truck.

Truck isn't going that fast. Plus conservation of momentum means that he only needs a bit more oomph to get to the back of the truck

Yeah, look the speed at which the stuff along the side of the road passes by.  Truck is probably only doing 20 or 30 km/h, if that.
