It was a lot of crows. There were a couple thousand in that tree when I first went outside, going back in for my phone to record them startled the flock and they all started circling. The noise was amazing, and they broke lots of branches off the tree. They ended up all landing across the street and breaking a neighbor's tree, which started them circling again.
I thought it was neat.

not quite sure what I was supposed to get out of that. Your description was very accurate though. I was waiting for them all to begin dropping dead out of the sky and fully expected the end of the vid to be a sweep of the ground littered with crow carcasses... maybe that's in Part 2? |

Found a copy last night, started watching it, its about 3 hours long. I have to say though, its rather impressive in production value and awesomeness. Some interesting musical interludes too.
As for voice overs and such, apparently this move was exported to a giga-list of different languages.

guess I need to rewatch it, what you just described sounds *insert CAWING and BIRDLINESS emoticon* but I didn't get a sense of those number from that vid. *edit* robot, that was pretty sweet, I recognize the female lead from some bollywood films, I can only image what the musical numbers must be like in that film. |
