Sad and disturbing video about Japan's most popular suicide destination.(Warning: Has some corpses in it) It kind of reminds me of some of the stories my father has told me about the bodies he had found while out trapping/hunting. The one I always remember is about how he found a corpse 20 feet up a tree, apparently it had flooded a few months before and the guy had gotten hung up, and stayed when the water receded.

Well, that does look spectacularly easier. I stand pleasantly corrected. I wonder if its just the HP in the video, or are most laptops this ornery? I know from personal experience that Sony's laptops are designed to be a nightmare to fix.

Oddly enough a friend of mine has the exact laptop featured in that video and had a HDD die in it about a week ago.
I've worked on a number of brands, and most of them save an IBM were about that involved. The confusing part to me has always been the upsidedown heatsink screw attachment thing. Where they bolt the fan to the heatsink and make it so you HAVE to remove the heatsink to remove the fan from it. That is a pretty clear sign they don't want you fucking with it yourself.
