Hmm, that's really odd. Google's flash videos load just fine. As do any other site. I was streaming real media from Argentina last night without a problem. But YouTube is utterly slow.
Anyone heard if specific ISPs or DSL providers (qwest, in my case) have started to use that new legislation to justify throttling down bandwidth for specific sites?
