I simultaneously miss Japan EXTREMELY, and also ponder if we didn't drop enough nukes on them.  Case in point, that video.

In other news:

Why wont anyone dance with me.

I cannot stop laughing at that short video, no matter how many times I watch it.

Albert Einstein being shot in space!

Quote
ESA's ATV-4 launch images taken by the Sterex experiment. These images provide a stunning vision of the Ariane 5 launch, including liftoff, boosters separation and ATV-4 release.

ATV-4 is brining 6,6 tons of cargo (water, fuel, food, clothing, etc...) to the ISS. It stays docked and periodically uses its thrusters to lift the ISS to a higher orbit. In the end if it will bed loaded with trash and sent to burn in the atmosphere.

Picture from docking one week ago:

Really amazing the way the sound and shockwave take so long to reach them because of how far away they were.  Normally you forget sound moves so slowly.

Ah, nice.  The fox outlet apologized earlier and said, "An NTSB official."

That's one intern who's about to find out just how much he fucked his career. I'm sure his parents are proud.

Anywho. I don't think I saw this here:

Yeah but who would be dumb enough to seek an official check of names that fake, grouped like that? Guess that's what happens after growing up watching movies where the Chinese character is called Long Duc Dong, played by a clearly Japanese actor.

This is quite old in internet time but I just saw it this morning and I needed to share it with someone.

A nation consists of its laws. A nation does not consist of its situation at a given time. If an individual's morals are situational, then that individual is without morals. If a nation's laws are situational, that nation has no laws, and soon isn't a nation.

I've never seen that show before, but based on that clip, I don't think they were ready for fighting their way out of a wet paper bag.
