I actually laughed out loud at that. "Gedran stands in line for Inoteps roaming fingers."

Now somebody is just going to link to those old UO posts where people used ghosts to spy on this crap there. Funny stuff, that.

But, but! He rooined a bay-ootiful thing!
Why the hell do all the cases of WoW "rolefucking" involve dark elves? Are people who choose to play elves in MMO games deviants?
(Yes, that was rhetorical.)

Mmmm. There there my darlings. Mm. MMMMMMHM. Don't cry. You know who's got your back. Mmm. Wink, wink. If you know what I mean. Mmmhm. We'll nerf fear again. Mmmmm. UMMMMMMHM<cough><cough><hack> UUUURRHHHH. Ah yesss. Oooh, ooh.
God dammit. Warriors are so overpowered! They either gotta be nerfed or rogues gotta be buffed! Fuck!
The guy is pretty damn good at PvP. I wouldn't want to meet his warlock unless I could take him by surprise with a pimped out rogue. :)

Either that was staged or he recorded fights for months until he got the most complete retards to play WoW on video. I don't see much skill there, he uses every single cooldown he has on almost every fight twice, he uses evasion on a warrior who DOESNT overpower him even once and al of his damage comes from cold blood evicerates which are not affected by weapons and equipment whatsoever. There has been alot of whining about this movie by non rogues lately, but anyone who has played the class can see clearly that the only thing this is likely to accomplish is to get evicerate buffed so your weapon affects the damage in some way.

Easy there. You're absolutely right. But it's still a fun video.

Nah... I think he's pretty good at PvP. Most people are just pretty crap at it. I've seen other people who are quick and decisive when PvPing. Personally, I'm dreadful at it but still enjoy it from time to time. I don't know whether or not it's a staged video or how long it took him to make it or anything like that... but he moves about like a champ.

You're right about the cooldowns, but that just makes another point about rogues. They have the unique advantage of being able to pick and choose their fights. They CAN wait out their cooldowns if they want, which no other class can do, simply because nobody else can stealth, unless you count those nelfs.

I have been hoping for Eviserate baised on weapon damage for a long time. I think that would take away some of the insane dps that dagger rogues can do, and it would give sword rogues the tiny bit of dps that we need.

Sure you CAN go hide in a corner for 5-10 mins after killing someone, but who would want to do that?

No way. I know loads of even worse retards. I could find you as many as he had in that video in a couple of hours. On any server. You know, the ones who months on still turn around using arrow keys. Hell yeah, on PvP servers to boot. You must play in some mecca of aptitude that I've never experienced. There are stumbling, indecisive, ham fisted, easily confused players that even people my age can beat while we're shoveling dinner into our faces. And they're everywhere.

I don't see much skill there, he uses every single cooldown he has on almost every fight twice, (snip) and al of his damage comes from cold blood evicerates which are not affected by weapons and equipment whatsoever. I think that's the point. The guy's definitely compitent, but he's not doing anything super difficult or new. Despite that, he's able to whip the shit out of a bunch of people using no armor and wielding nothing but a worn dagger. I assume the point he's trying to make is that while warriors depend on epic gear for their strength, the issue for rogues is with skills. I can't really see a warrior being able to do this stuff with no armor or weapon (no matter how many outtakes you cut from the final). The main thing that bugs me about this video is that there are a few times he goes against other rogues. If you're trying to make a video about how overpowered rogues are, don't show rogues getting beaten down. It makes it look more like some "OMG I R0xx0R" vanity project (along with that whole bit with the "paladin add").

Some guy mentions Morrowind, and another responds with something like, "Show me novels written in the Morrowind world."
Warcraft has Novels written about it?
WHY?

-Raises hand- I've got, like, four of them. They are quite shitty. They sit on my shelf between my Starcraft Novels (I have the full set, I think, of two) and the Dragonlance series. In my defense, though, I... um... okay, I'll edit that part in later. I mean, to start with, the books are among the most generic oatmeal fantasy stuff I've ever read, but the author keeps making statements in the books that are inconsistent with the game lore. Keeps mentioning stuff like how character X is an "elderly looking Night Elf" or whatever when they're FUCKING IMMORTAL and therefore DO NOT AGE. Did you not have time to read all three pages of established Warcraft backstory before you wrote this, or what? Argh. I can't believe people are using them to defend the integrity of the Warcraft "world" (or whatever the hell his point was, I'm not really clear on that). It would be like claiming that the character of Batman is compelling and identifiable, and then pointing to the Super Friends as proof.

Books were included in the retail boxes. I don't remember if I gave mine away or threw it away. Righ's has been in the bathroom since it was delivered, still marked to page 12. I don't know why I keep dusting it every week.

I read through one of them fairly quickly. It's not all that shitty (well, at least by fantasy novel standards).

Of course I dust! And I tidy up and vacuum and cook and do laundry. Are you saying you can imagine Righ doing these things more than me? Or are you saying you picture us living in filth and squalor? I am a wonderful wife. If you don't believe it, just ask me.
