Don't forget diving for a drug lord's sunken plane and medieval time travel!

Yeah that time travel shit is completely unsafe!

Safety definitely not guaranteed.

I'm sorry: Do some of you need an explanation of how his movie and his accident are connected?  Seriously?

If you live long enough, you're likely to lose someone to this type of shit, or watch someone you care about destroy someone's life.  Maybe it'll be an asshole showing off.  Maybe it'll be a drunk behind the wheel.  Maybe someone that had to text or send a selfie before they got home.  When that happens, you'll have to figure out how you feel about it.  Personally, I'm pissed.  I've been pissed a long, long time.  I'll continue being pissed until I die.

It's becoming fairly obvious this isn't about Paul Walker.

You have a talent for shitting up threads.

If people want to discuss car safety and its relation to Paul Walker's end, please make another thread for it.  In Politics, preferably.

I have a feeling they're going to re-write F&F7 to politik against illegal street racing.  And word is the actors are pretty much emotionally incapable of filming that movie anymore w/o it.  Things are gonna change because of this accident; guaranteed.

They might as well not do the movie. It would be like Die Hard 6: The battle for more Gun Control.

Thrilling meltdown. Seriously. I gave it an 8.5. Could have received full points for last post cursing randomly interspersed with violent unintelligible outbursts.

They have moved away from street racing as a focus for several films now. It is ancillary to the recent plots which have been heist and action movies with cool cars involved.  It's one of the reasons that the last two have been so successful imo.

They are actually pretty entertaining, especially the last two.

Pretty much they are all decent, just skip the 2nd one.

I hadn't watched any of them until I heard the early buzz around 6. So, I decided to finally sit down and watch them. They're entertaining, if perhaps vacuous. The 6th one was perfectly over the top in the same way that I love old Shaw Brothers flicks and old John Woo flicks.

I'd argue the 5th is the best of the series.

In related news... Lucas Black signed on for 7, 8 and 9.....

I really kind of liked the first one so on Furiously's recommendation (she taught me how to dance, you know), I'll give 5 a go and ignore the rest.  I srsly did not realise how many were made!  Lucas Black!  That's the little boy from American Gothic!  HE'S STILL FUCKING ADORABLE!  And I feel very very old.  :(

This whole event was so sad.  And that Amanda Bull woman is a despicable person.

For those interested, the Coroner's Report is available (with no surprises to be be found it seems):
