StarDrive or Endless Space?  Go.

Nothing I want here.

Maybe Tomb Raider, but I've reached the point where I know which games will sit on my shelf and not get played.

Heroes still isn't cheap enough for me to put up with Ubisoft's nonsense.

I keep thinking about tomb raider but I guess it is very quicktimey with all those scripted events.  I also hate that first steam video.

Finally bought the Witcher and the Witcher 2. Made $1.11 selling those idiotic Steam cards, so total cost was $6.37 for two epic RPG's. I'll buy that.

I've played it a bunch but not beaten it. It's a janky rpg with heart. It recently had a patch where they redid a lot of the (bad) voice acting. Perfectly playable.

Getting YNAB for 75% off...and then paying for half of that with money from selling those dopey cards? Awesome.

Kerbal Space Program is 40% off if you're into that sort of thing I guess. Meh.

Kerbal is fun to a point, and then the difficulty level goes up so steeply that when the initial shiny wears off, you either buckle down and learn astrotelemetry like a pro nerd or you fizzle out. There are a few mods out there that help make the game marginally easier, but in the end, if you don't understand and don't want to understand Buzz Aldrin level of shit its not a game for you

I should get back to nature, too.  You know, like going to a shop for groceries instead of the computer.  Maybe a condo in the woods that doesn't even have a health club or restaurant attached.  Buy a car with only two cup holders or something. -Signe

I am going to blow right through my horrible Canadian ISP monthly download caps re-installing old games for the dlc.  In the future I will be less ocd about uninstalling once finished.

Published by Microsoft but apparently does not need gfwl.  So I decided to try it.  Still downloading so I have no idea if it was a good idea.  haven't even confirmed no gfwl (which would be a dealbreaker).

Basically this is a worthless post and should be ignored.

Now that I've noticed it I cannot see it any other way why so serious?

I just started bioshock infinite but I bought the Columbia dlc.  Why don't I have those silver eagles and extra guns yet?  Is there a trick or should I be patient and assume I get them after the prologuey type stuff?

If you like the genre its not bad. I like it, personally -- but I enjoyed Eador: Genesis. Its fairly buggy, however. If you don't have an issue waiting I'd pick it up at the next big sale when its a touch more stable and isn't using wrong event descriptions to tell you what's happening (leaning you no clue as to what actually happened with the actual event you got) and some bugs that skew difficulty to the harder side of things, regardless of difficulty setting.

Perhaps it is the horribly long day I had and how tired I am, but for some reason NBA 2K13 is intriguing. Anyone played it?

Starting up a new game of New Vegas and I had almost forgotten how much I like this game.  The "Courier's Stash" DLC i just picked up is basically like cheating as it gives you a bunch of stuff for free at the beginning.  I sold most of it for caps anyway.

Played it for 30 mins.
Mash Left + Right to swing.
Mash Left + Right to climb slippery surface.
Mash E to grab.
Dodge Rock with Left / Right

I think 50% of the game would be like this.
Kinda regret my purchase.

I think I put a hundred hours into the base game, and there was still stuff to do.
