A better argument is the taxes.

Also, Saban doesn't give a shit about where he lives. In case you haven't noticed, the dude doesn't know how to have fun. A locker room and office in Alabama looks exactly the same as the one in Austin. He doesn't leave it often.

Woot, four in a row against the zoobs!

Oregon is damned good.  Don't think you'll be seeing that from them this year.

Won't know till Oct 26 and the week after. At least they have a somewhat better schedule than tOSU.

Don't think UCLA will be much of a challenge in Eugene.  Stanford is the toughie.  Southern California is no good this year, but Oregon got lucky with them off the schedule.  I actually think Washington could be a tough game for Oregon.  It's a rivalry game and Washington has looked decent this year.

I'm going to predict the score for this weekend's game as Oregon 80, Cal 40. 300 plays will be run.

There have been some bumps. One noteable example would be around an event called the Women's Football Huddle; a lot of schools do things along these lines for women fans, and ours for years had done a very hands-on thing where they get to go on the field, put on pads, crash into dummies, throw the ball around, etc., it was a very cool event that didn't dumb things down and generally treated them like they were real fans (which of course they are), etc. I have a bunch of friends who LOVED this event. Dykes and his wife turned it into a sit-down dinner thing with really dumbed down explanations and a lot of 'thank your husbands for letting you ladies out of the kitchen' sort of jokes, which I guess might fly in the South but is just an impossibly stupid thing to do in Berkeley. I think people are past it now, but it was not at all a good first impression.

Yeah, he is kindof a good ole boy, so figured there might be some rough patches.  I actually think he'll do great there, if given a shot.  And if he revamps the defense.  It's tough to have a great defense with that sort of playcalling though.

Congrats Georgia on a tough win over LSU.  Your defense still sucks though.

Still can't talk. Voice no longer works after yesterday. Also i may have had a mild stroke when we gave up a third and twenty. Three defense is wretched, but damn that was incredible!

I really thought giving up that 3rd and twentythree was same old Bulldogs choking in big games.  Got to give them credit now.  To clarify, your secondary sucks, not the defensive line which I think recorded four sacks.

In other news  FUCK YOU LANE KIFFIN!  You classless piece of shit.  LOL

Yep, Lane Kiffin not only gets fired, he gets yanked off the team bus and told to pound the pavement instead of traveling back with the team. What a thoroughly-deserved bit of disrespect for a complete and utter cuntstick.

Don't worry, they'll still be questionable for a few years, even though there's a lot of talent on the roster.

I haven't seen the play in question, but the pass interference call in the end zone was blatant on 3rd down.

The play in question was blatantly a fumble, as was the subsequent play.  Texas got that one handed to them on a platter.

That's impossible to tell. He's being held up and isn't going anywhere, which usually means the play is dead even before he hits the ground.

Iowa State had the ball 2nd and 1 at the Texas 4 yard line with about 4 minutes left. They couldn't get a first down and they had to kick a FG. They score a TD there, and we're not talking about getting jobbed.

But nobody talks about stuff like that. Iowa State had their shot, and they left it up to the Texas offense.

That was a super shitty play.  Texas has to suspend the guy for a few games.  They have to try and uphold the holier-than-thou image that they love to push in everyones' faces.

Grats to GA on a wild, tough win.  I'm proud of UT, but critical penalties kill ya.  Even though we lost, for the first time this season I'm mildly optimistic about our season.  If we can drive GA into overtime, we are building a future.

If Washington State's quarterback was actually any good they would have put up 70 on us. As it was we let a guy who was about as accurate as me throw for 500 yards.
