I'd like to see them do something along the lines of CoV, actually.
Can't really think of any heroes I'd be particularly excited about. Domino, or Jubilee maybe? Cloak and Dagger?
They already released Loki and Taskmaster and that new hero pack includes Magneto Venom and Juggernaut. They are having some in game lore reason for why the villains are helping the heroes, i knew what it was but i forgot. I think it had something to do with Surtur. Well loki, magneto and venom at least have been heroes or at least worked with the good guys often enough in the comics. Heck just look at the last thor movie that is pretty common sometimes he works with the good guys sometimes he works against them other times he does both at the same time. Heck magneto was helped run the xmen for a time he is not so much a villian as somebody who is very much for protecting all mutants and will do whatever necessary to do it. If that means working with good guys he will do it if it means twirling his mustache and throwing stadiums at people he does it. |

I'll be buying both Mag and Doom. No of the other heroes are compelling (maybe Rogue and/or Venom).
I'm liking Silver Surfer a lot.

So how do you guys keep yourselves interested in the game? Now that I've done story mode to completion I'm finding grinding levels on legendary quests and patrols tiresome. I'm only level 45 now that it's 2 weeks after I beat Doom and I find I just don't care enough to login anymore.

I play till I get bored and do something else. I'll stop playing for weeks or months at a time even, it's not like I have a sub going or anything. I can play for five minutes or five hours.
Lately I've been playing while listening to various podcasts, neither requiring my total attention.

I've bogged down quite a bit. I have limited times for games and the only reason I seem to log in is to see the new chars!cater graphics in action. It was become more about seeing the game than playing it...

I wish there was more content, but what keeps me playing is that now I have a bunch of characters I can play and they all feel different. Some days I feel like I have to learn how to play the character all over again.

Altitis. I love leveling new heroes and it's all i do. I did try to gear one up completely so i had at least one good hero though. |

Yeah, I just keep alting. Get someone to 60 for the xp boost then switch to a new character pretty much immediately. This is far and away the most alt friendly game I've ever played just because so many things are account bound, and with the synergy system, even if you want to rabidly min/max one character, you want 10 synergies.
And what other people said. I lose interest for a couple of weeks then notice it in my steam list and go "Oh right, that. Let's go see what they've added recently". Since they added the omega system I try to at least get my dailies out of the way, but I'm sure eventually that will feel like a slog.

I was finally able to solo my first cosmic encounter (Kurse with Iron Man). Took awhile and I had to cheese it a bit but the loot did flow afterwards.

Got sooo many heroes this weekend due to BOGO and the free code. I don't know I'll ever play them all, but I'm fresh out of cheap heroes to buy hoping for a more expensive one now.
Silver Surfer is a little wonky. Not sure I like his mechanics and the "Dart everyplace" spender.
