I'm getting connection reset errors left and right, and forums are all loading slowly. Is it just me, or is there something wrong on the server side?

It's not just f13 for me, it's the 10 other windows I've got open too.  Obviously terrorists have attacked the internet.

I've been having the problem too. But when I've been able to ssh to the server it's not overloaded or anything so it's some sort of network issue.
