Once you get building a settlement you'll see how much difference the textures make. Everything just fits. |

nice texture pack  I've not been on due to the network problems with the atheros NICs it was getting really bad, and I was hoping it would be fixed at some point, but there still seems to be no real solution outside of buying another NIC. |

I think chests work now, furnances work in theory but are broken again (in a different way than before I think). I haven't tried chests though, so someone else should confirm this. On the plus side inventory and position are saved. |

I got sold on it too while it was free, it indeed is lego meets survivorman and it's a blast.
I didn't have sound after the initial install, the resources directory which is supposed to house the sound files was empty for some reason, but with that fixed my fuckupperies became all the more enjoyable.
How does playing on the f13 server compare to playing single player? Does everybody get a different spawn point and how big is the world, do you run into players or their structures often? I'll probably join up when I purchase the game, for now, I'm content with building glass castles and getting horribly lost chasing sheep.
