Well I liked the brute that it gave me, but it seems like he likes to lose to people who do half his health in one round. I got my ass beat so many times that when I did level I had developed an extra-thick skin. =\

Yes. My analysis is that you get XP even when you lose, and each level gives you a random chance to get your very own overpowered ability. So in the end it all works out pretty even.
I don't think this counts as a "game," but it's fun to watch cute things beat the shit out of each other, so meh.
