Does Trammel have anything besides the hat for the Charlatan's set?

I believe that everything Bat Country doesn't have can be found in Rock Ridge.

I like good defense on forts.  Would be retarded if they were always changing hands.

Cocksucker Tirion promptly attacks me as im wearing fort gear. KO's me, how in the fuck does he hit me so consistently so hard with the level of toughness he has?!? Another guy tried to attack me an instant later, obviously preying on the fort participants.

Chief Smelly BS KOd me right after as well.

I got there super early and decided to run one job overnight before heading back to the fort.  I got attacked while doing the job and had to go rest before heading back to the fort.  Best thing to do seems to be to just go there and chill, even if it costs you XP and income.

Or go there, sign up for the fight, then go do some jobs. You are safe once you sign up for the fight, just make sure you a resting at the fort when it starts.

Actually this isn't true I got dueled while trying this.

That's what happened to me too, I was signed up super-early and ran one job next to the fort.  I was dueled while doing that job.

That's weird. Maybe it only takes affect a certain amount before the battle. I got a message when someone tried to duel me and it said 'you cannot duel this person, they are involved in a fort battle!' or something like that. I think it was 2-3 hrs before the battle was suppose to start.

In order to be immune you need to be sitting at the fort afaik, you can't use it for immunity while working.

Trammel has the hat and coat, but missed out on the acid & tie.  Shoes don't come until lvl 9 tailor, so don't know yet.

Yeah, that may have been it .. I know I was sitting for a bit before I queued up a job.

My feeling is that once you can do the charlatan job, the Brown Boots are a much better option for feet for a ranged duelist.

I just got hit up by Slade Colter in our town. He's a level 25 HA Yuma Dueler with lvl 30 dueling. I think he's still hanging around Bat Country. He lit me up pretty good.

Whats our position on the Fort Atlantis battle? Defending or attacking? It starts in less than 2 hours.

There's 248 people parked there, can anymore actually join?  I'm out of this one, not much I can do from work other than look.

Apparently I am retarded, because I still don't fully grok fort battles. I understand how to find them, but how do you tell who is attacking so you know which side to support? How do you tell how many defenders there are?

When you go to the fort to join the battle, it shows you what towns are participating on each side (as of the last update).  Once you join the battle, you can see the defenders on the map.

So I have to walk 8 hours to a fort to decide if there is a side I want to support? That is fucking asinine.

You can also see the town(s) that are part of the fort by clicking on the fort headquarters.  If you don't know any of the towns involved enough to want to either help them or hurt them, and the lure of XP and loot isn't enough for you, you just stay home.  The last couple of fort battles I've been to have been completely full anyway (at least on the defending side).

Also, you get a faster horse so it doesn't take you 8 hours to get places.   awesome, for real

Hey, are we recruiting in Bat Country these days or are we still funneling people toward Trammel?  I've had a couple of people write me asking for invites today.  I chased one off because he was a gibbering retard, but the other seems functional.  What do I do with him?

Bat country on W9 has space for another 4 people, in case anyone is on world 9 and is looking for a town.
