Out of curiosity, does anyone have any idea about how many construction points you need to have to make useful (i.e., not just throwing cash down the crapper) progress on construction? I don't have crap in construction but I have serviceable leadership and repairing.

The way the system is designed, it seems like if anyone but the person with the highest construction skill is working on your buildings, cash is going down the crapper.  Cash is charged by the time put in, but building progress is measured by labor points per time put in.  So if you have 5 labor points and Bloodworth has 50, it'll take you 5 hours and cost $600 to make the same amount of progress Bloodworth would make in 30 minutes with $60.  You're better off putting your money in the treasury and letting someone who can build use it up.

Whenever my motivation is over 90%, I build stuff.

Edit: Also, goddamn, 3 leathers in one haul on the damn tanning quest. Word. I am OK with that.

Wow lucky on the leathers. I spent all day yesterday on that one until my motivation was under 80 and got nothing.

Is 80% the threshold of when you start to really suck?

It's just performing at 80%. You get 80% of the cash, 80% of the XP, etc. Not sure if you have 80% of the listed % to get items.

No clue really, I don't do anything if I'm below 90%.

An invite would be handy if there is room. I have much $$ to share and need to get a donkey to move this quest chain along. /begs

I don't think I have cash to donate, but I need a cheap donkey as well. I doubt there will be any funds left after that purchase...  ACK!

You should really come back to town and deposit it, I'm about to start on the last leg of residences which'll empty the coffers again.

Not a member as yet, which is why it's piled up. Need someone to toss me an invite. I'll still be in the area for the next bit, stream fishing and the like.

Does anyone know where a Blue bandana is avaliable in the area?

We're hoping to get one with our Tailor.

Lamaros I booted someone to make room. What's your username? It's not lamaros.

Someone posted on the previous page about the bandanas we'll need for quests. You'll need a Black Bandana as well. Apparently the closest place to get them are two towns a couple of hours away called Denmark and The Empire. I was there yesterday and picked them up. Cost me about 100 dollars total.

Oh and to get the quest to recognize that you have the bandana you need to be wearing it.

They'll be up in 2 hours. As long as I don't get screwed on build points, I average around 38-40, and we need 34. So, things should go well. I have tailor queued up next.

So, I'm thinking. Does praying have some influence on how good the items you get in your shops are? Some people on the west forums seem to think that having high motivation and praying can get you better items when completing a shop.

I sent out as many invites as I could with emphasis on those who haven't gotten invites yet.

Click on the Bank and enter how much you want to give the town under "Town Treasury" and click the Deposit button beside it.

You get a quest for it at 14 or 15. It must be one of the harder ones though. I'm level 16 and haven't finished it. It's probably one of the quests that needs those damned deer hides.

Bandanas or Headbands?

I need a black headband.  The closest place I've seen is The Empire, rectangle northeast of us.

Denmark sells blue headbands.

So does The Beastro, rectangle directly north of us.

Ah right it's headbands. I didn't know Beastro had one of them but I had to go all the way to Denmark anyway and the Empire is only a two minute walk from there.
