Hmmm. I was going to go henna tonight... Now everyone is doing that.
Do we have anyone doing kohl?
I am kohl-tastic. People on the boards claim kohl is so scarce omg its so expensive waaah, but I find I can't sell it for more than 10 bread/per at the moment. So apparently my part of the Nile is dumb. Or cheap. Or something. |

Kohl is only used in cosmetics. Sounds like you shouldn't read the boards?

Doing Bronze because there's no spots left on leather and kohl and emeralds are largely worthless.

Maybe I will go henna then. If you want, I'll be happy to do 1:1 resource trades for your kohl once it's up and running. Then you can trade cosmetics to others, which might be a little more in demand. |

Kohl is only used in cosmetics. Sounds like you shouldn't read the boards?
It's also used raw in some building upgrades. |

I think Jamiko (whose primary is leather) is going bronze for his second? I'm a lot of bricks and a lot of bread away from founding a 2nd city. I'm mainly focusing on sandals and leather. Speaking of which, I have 200 sandals and 350 leather if anyone needs them. I'm pretty open to trades but bricks and bread would certainly help get me towards that 2nd city. Bronze is my plan for that but I can change it as the needs of Bat Country dictate. Also, need 39 sculptures and 24 cosmetics. |

What exactly does upgrading the Market do? It added tabs, like a message board and such. Does it expand market capabilites at all? Back when I was Market 1, I couldn't find materials at all. Now that I'm Market 5 I'm seeing all kinds of stuff.
Did my market open up because I upgraded, or are more people using the market now?

It spreads the range you can see orders from. You will see up the top how many nomes away you can trade with, each level extends that by one. So you start with only being able to trade in three nomes, at level 5 you can trade in 11.
