Changed my desktop a couple of days ago, I shall show off my pretty picture.

schild - What sort of sidebar thingies are you using?

I haven't screwed with mine at all, I'm still using the default vista ones - mainly because I constantly have stuff fullscreen on my right monitor, and it overlaps it.

But that Captain's salami tray was tight, yo. You plump for the roast pork loin, dogg?

I've used it for a few years and really love it.   DesktopX is a bit wonky and is great if you want to build a custom UI for your desktop, but I don't really have the time to fiddle with it right now, so I ditched out of it and just slapped on a Mycolors skin + Object Dock Plus.  Object Dock Plus is completely fantastic for setting up a ton of shortcuts into tabs and fly-out folders and the like that using a non-modified PC with the standard XP crap comes close to physically causing me pain.

Boughden - Not sure why it's not working for you  unless you're blocking twitpic or some such.

Well, isn't it that time again? Particularly given the cool Rainmeter thread. So here's mine currently:

OS X Desktop - using Geektools which allows you to pipe any bash, applescript, term output or file to the desktop, and also using Amnesty which frees your desktop widgets from the dashboard.

I also include a shot of my gaming machine - although it has a dull desktop, you've all seen the default WinXP desktop,  this is what I usually see:

I show you mine, you show me yours!

ARGH. Mergededed. I will send harajuku pedo-bears to revenge me! I swear it!

Or, I'll just burn someone with my BW. Yeah that sounds easier.

I view that charge as *cough*discretionary*cough*.  Based on usage and such. PM me.

Actually... it's cool and all, but kind of a hog. And a little fussy to set up foreground/background priorities right. Probably wouldn't use it much anyways.

RISE!

Wallpaper (1680x1050) and Original, from the Awesome Picture Thread (1920x800)

I'm sure there's a better wallpapered-up version of this image, but my Google Image Search was weak.  (Also, simple Paint.NET edit is simple.)

In about a week, I'm going to put up the most epic dropbox photo album of 1920x1200 wallpapers imaginable. Someone just needs to remind me around this time next wednesday.

It will not be safe for work, but just barely. There's a few risque/partially maybe nude things in it.

I've acquired quite a few high res walls, but I always go back to this one.
