Might just be me but I don't find mountain lions drug from cliffs or kittens kicked in the face to be "awesome".

Additionally, I'm pretty certain that wasn't a mountain lion, but a deer-like animal.

You don't think an eagle trying to steal a goat from a mountain is awesome? Ohhhhh, I see.

I find it quite awesome and intelligent of the birds. The meat is tenderized for them as well!

I think the eagle hunting the goat is pretty damn epic. But the butt-kicking kanga is F'ING AWESOME.  Oh ho ho ho. Reallllly?

It's a goat.  I saw the original special the clip is from.  A mountain lion would be about 5 times larger as well.

Not at first.  awesome, for real

Imagine thinking you are safe because the DPS of the eagle will never be great enough to be mortal wounds (at least without some lucky RNG crits) only to find yourself looking at huge fall damage from said eagle.

Look, I was a pretty big fan of Twisted Sister and GWAR back in the day, and I look at it and say "well that is interesting" not "OMG THAT IS AWESOME".

Not everyone gets giddy as a schoolgirl any time Dave Brockie puts on a piece of foam rubber like you do, Mr B.

Isn't the center of mass falling at constant acceleration?  That's what I thought was happening... but I'm not much of a physics guy.

I think the top falling is a combination of the centre of mass and the force of the spring contracting.
