I wouldn't have minded a few more exploding heads on the other team.

I'm down for doing this once a week for sure.  Should we do it again next Wednesday?  We can pretty much reincarnate any server we join en-masse if we have the #'s we had pre-dustbowl wait time bullshit.

A nation consists of its laws. A nation does not consist of its situation at a given time. If an individual's morals are situational, then that individual is without morals. If a nation's laws are situational, that nation has no laws, and soon isn't a nation.

Bleh, I was in there waiting, no one showed up. I might have found the energy to play if I thought people were going to play. undecided

You were waiting when we played? Cause I checked my Steam Friends like 4 times before playing to see if I could snag you.

Badlands made me even more bored with this game. What a piece of shit map.

Yeah, I can't believe they hyped that map. It's a fucking mess and make absolutely no sense at all.

I'm pretty sure it was made by the complete buffoon that made Hydro. It smells like Hydro.

Total shit.

Buh?!?!?!?! I've had some of my best games on badlands. I really dig the flow of it. I don't like the layout of the bases as much, but the middle part makes for some awesome fire fights.

Yeah, I kind of like the whole tiny chokepoint thing.  It's what makes all the 5-point maps fun, but I like that there are multiple ways to sneak up on the point in Badlands whereas everything else is pretty much two columns all the way across the map.  I do remember the first time I played it, though, running around like a chicken with its head cut off while looking for the 4th point.

I looked and you obviously didn't play for six hours.  There's no dedication anymore!

But seriously, let's go pubbing again next week!  How's Wednesday night?

Are fridays/weekends totally out of the question? That would make it easier to get most people on around 10 EST.

I think this was more of an informal, "Let's find a pub server and own!" event.

Unfortunately, we got owned. But the [f13] chums all placed in the top five each round.  Oh ho ho ho. Reallllly?

That being said, we should do this more. Was good fun.

Yeah, but we really should try to find a server with non-retarded  teammates. Especially the guys who stood NEXT to the cap point while the attackers where capping it made me  DRILLING AND MANLINESS

Maybe he was out of ammo?  I do wish they had a voice macro for "I need to reload!" so you could tell medics that now isn't the best time to uber you.

OTOH, when a medic ubers me and I'm empty I always charge out with my bare hands rather than waste the uber.

Close range shotgun isn't too bad either, right? Don't heavies get shotguns or something else besides a minigun?  Ohhhhh, I see.

The shotgun isn't bad, but at that point you're better off ubering an engy.  The heavy's fists might actually do more damage.  Also, fists + uber =  DRILLING AND MANLINESS.
