Several things wrong with that picture:
- no safety disconnect for the treadmill
- the computer table that would provide support in case of a fall is on wheels, can roll away, and has a high center of gravity and narrow base
- 5 monitors should be stacked in a 3+2 pyramid, because looking to the side while running and not getting the visual feedback of trees/buildings moving backwards will make you stumble
- LED or laser mice (assuming it's not an old ball mouse, since it's wireless) don't track on fully black or fully white reflective surfaces
- only Hollywood controls 5 screens of full graphics by typing furiously
