Think I can call myself a metalhead without liking Death metal. Walrus rock is a small subdivision of metal.

Death is not what I'd call a walrus band, at all. More shriek-y than growly. Also awesome.

EDIT: Who is the tattooed douche on the left anyway?

That would probably be my fiancee. She has a deep-seated hatred of hurdles she earned as a shortling in high school. Me, I love me some high jump and still find any excuse I can to vault over something.

Of course, then, you played guitar in a band.  Half your job was jumping up and down.

I need that one explained.

It's a mashup of the twin gargoyles fight from Dark Souls (first real boss one will usually encounter) starring the player, Solaire, and an asshole pretending to be helpful Lautrec with a Persona game, maybe?  I've never played the Persona games, someone more familiar with that sort of Japanese RPG might know.

That empty nook that The Walrus posted has me completely baffled.

Exactly Muffled. In the Persona series when you crit an enemy or hit its weakness, it falls down; knock down all the enemies and one of your party members will ask you if you want to go all out on them. The UI is also ripped straight from P3/4.

I've got not idea what TheWalrus is going for there though.

I was thinking it was a mashup with Castle Crashers and Persona.  Still don't quite get the funny.  With so many confused I'm going to assume there is none.

I was thinking the funny was that both of the life bars are nearly empty. I might be wrong though, and not especially funny.
