That's crazy. And it's not even for a good cause either... or any cause for that matter. Where you know, you could *possibly* be guilted into buying it. |

Rasix, how close are you to KSC?  I'm staying on Merritt Island right now, and my sister's boyfriend actually works at NASA on the software/hardware for the new rocket, so I *might* have some of the really really good seats.  We'll see.
They (sister and her boyfriend) want to get me a job at one of NASA's contractors as a technical writer.  It sounds fairly soul sucking, but hey, Florida and being able to say you work for NASA (kind of)!

 Ooohh, ooohh!  *raises hand* |

Don't hurt yourself, I have already purchased some nonrefundable tickets for STS-129 and the causeway tickets "sold out" in milliseconds.  So, put me down for the next launch, whenever that is, please. Also a job. |

Raging Turtle is outside in the sunshine all day teaching beautiful young supermodels how to surf or something.  Why would you want to do that for a living when you can sit behind a desk and play browser games?  Why? |

Maybe he's got a waterproof PDA or smartphone and is able to play browser games while the young women surf? Maybe that's his silver lining. |

Spay or Neuter your laundry appliances.
Why does it always rain on Saturdays here, and have a temperature drop on Sundays? North Carolina sucks.

Wrong.  Chapel Hill was one of my favorite places to live.  I'd move back there tomorrow if they offered me a job.   Being from Minnesota, I loved watching people wear North Face parkas when the temperature dropped below 40.  I was usually in shorts.   |

Well, since you asked .. Tonga, officially the Kingdom of Tonga, is an archipelago in the South Pacific Ocean, and comprises 169 islands, 36 of which are inhabited. Tonga stretches over a distance of about 800 kilometres (500 miles) in a north-south line. The islands that constitute the archipelago lie south of Samoa, about one-third of the way from New Zealand to Hawaii. Apparently, in mid-2003 the government passed a radical constitutional amendment to "Tonganize" the press, by licensing and limiting freedom of the press, so as to protect the image of the monarchy. The amendment was defended by the government and by royalists on the basis of traditional cultural values. Wackos. |

 Well, since you started it..
A wiki is a website powered by wiki software that allows the easy[1] creation and editing of any number of interlinked Web pages, using a simplified markup language or a WYSIWYG text editor, within the browser.[2][3] Wikis are often used to create collaborative websites, to power community websites, for personal note taking, in corporate intranets, and in knowledge management systems.

Most wikis serve a specific purpose, and off topic material is promptly removed by the user community. Such is the case of the collaborative encyclopedia Wikipedia.[3] In contrast, open purpose wikis accept all sorts of content without rigid rules as to how the content should be organized.

 hold on hold on

The World Wide Web is a system of interlinked hypertext documents accessed via the Internet. With a web browser, one can view Web pages that may contain text, images, videos, and other multimedia and navigate between them using hyperlinks. Using concepts from earlier hypertext systems, English physicist Tim Berners-Lee, now the Director of the World Wide Web Consortium, wrote a proposal in March 1989 for what would eventually become the World Wide Web.[1] He was later joined by Belgian computer scientist Robert Cailliau while both were working at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland. In 1990, they proposed using "HyperText [...] to link and access information of various kinds as a web of nodes in which the user can browse at will",[2] and released that web in December.[3]

I'm doing finance homework, so "bored" isn't really the right term. Procrastinating might work better. Fart jokes aren't my thing anyways. |

I don't know if this relieves boredom, but I'm kind of alarmed that celebrities tend to be "distant cousins" of each other. Barack-Pitt-Arnold-Bush-Hilary-Cheney-Kerouac-JP Morgan. Wtf. I think there might be some kind Dan Brown-esque conspiracy of Templars going around. Maybe without any of them even knowing it. Like anyone who gets to live a life truly worth a damn might have magical "Jesus" blood. Something's up. |

If a man had children 2000 years ago and his bloodline didn't go extinct in the first few generations then we probably all are related to him. His blood would be somewhat diluted by now. Pitt and Obama are ninth cousins, linked by Edwin Hickman, who died in Virginia in 1769. |

I doubt I'm related to anyone important in America at least. 2nd gen immigrant parent on one side, 1st gen on the other. Pretty doubtful I'm related to anyone important in the mother countries either. Sort of rural families. A bit sad that I'm not part of the whole "templar" conspiracy. |

On my mother's side, the family can trace its lineage back to Harold Godwinson, last Anglo-Saxon king of England. She comes from a group of families in the South-West of England who were all (until about 3 generations ago at least) very proud of the fact that they have never intermarried with any of that inferior Norman blood and remained a pure outpost of Anglo-Saxonness. |

They sound like the sort of people who could hilariously demand Nick Griffin leave the UK along with all the other descendants of Norman immigrants. |
