The rise to the top for this thread was horribly brief.

I did my earth day shrub pruning bit, had a lot of fun. Turns out I like pruning, I had done some reading and ran through some tutorials on it a couple months ago.

Downside is my neighbors have all but killed the lilacs because they've been cutting anything that goes over the property line directly at the line. Anything that's not straight-up dead limbs is a massive bush of suckers. Cleaned most of that up and it looks better now, but I doubt if all four will survive. I think that may have been their plan, they had cut two down before I moved in, and they're on my property. Sucks to be them now.

They "replaced" the two they cut down with the spindliest excuses for cherry trees I've ever seen. Sorry, cheapasses, a one-foot high cherry twig is not a replacement for a ten-foot high lilac. Also, both of the cherries are dead after a single winter. Cockfags.

You would think that a person who has enough time on their hands to watch this crap would have their flash game finished by now.

Lant has broken tradition and is no longer a panda. She's a pirate princess thing.  I bet it's still a redhead, though.

We had some music problems.

The actual solution is to just watch the bits with Connelly and Johansson instead of the whole thing.

Those might be the most unbearable parts. It really is a chick flick for women. They're absolutely the centerpiece of this movie and really, it confirms all those horrible things you think about the shallowness of women (as a man) but never say, and on top of that, it does nothing for their image. Oh, and it makes women look stupid. Really, I feel sorry for any guy who gets taken to this, but I feel even sorrier for any woman that thinks it's for them. So when I say "it's a chick flick for women" - I really mean "It's not a chick flick for anyone, but they really thought it was one for women when they made it. Then everything went straight to hell."

How is it you came to view this fine piece of cinema?  Maybe I could have said the real solution is to watch a good movie.

Me thinks you're asking the wrong question.

Edit: Moreover, the question should be "What have you learned from watching this fine piece of cinema?" The answer to which is, "Just because something is "free" doesn't mean it should be consumed as entertainment."

Hay Awesome, the local Toyota dealership saw my Resume on Monster and wants me to interview to be a salesman! I can think of no better job to have as the economy tanks and cars pile-up on docks because dealer lots are full  than car salesman! I'll have no inventory problems at all!

@Merusk, I'm glad you didn't take that one.  Don't go for that real-estate agent listing, either.

Probably not, he's having too much fun.   I enjoy a good roundup spraying of dandelions that encroach from my neighbors' ill-cared-for yards, but I've never gotten THAT much glee out of it.

I know it's popular, but I think High Voltage is much better.

Dick had them prohibit smoking in the place all evening.  He also had an asshole tossed out, partly because he put my wife in a headlock (according to her).  Great show from great showmen.

If we're going by the first album, I'm The Bomb, Improper Dancing, and Dance Commander are all better then either. Have they ever done anything better than I'm The Bomb? It really is ready to go off in your shit.
