I was going to suggest using your finger, but that could be a bit salty.

Somebody give me some (low salt) suggestions on things that are nice to dip in olive oil/balsamic vinegar, other than bread (turns out bread contains lots of sodium.  Who knew!).
Just pour it over cherry tomatoes or something. You'll still want salt.

Or bread.

Yea, do bread.

Buy a bread machine, make your own low-salt bread.

Three things I refuse to stop consuming:  bread, butter and coffee.  All in moderation, of course.

I'm currently in crazy "any and everything that might possible help get my hearing back" mode.  Oh, you say I should stick to a low salt diet because salt can cause my ears to retain more water?  Fuck salt!  Kill it!  No salt ever ever ever arghblarg....

I'm sure I'll get over it eventually (God I love salt) when my hearing base lines at what ever it will be.  Currently I may be slightly sorta clinically insane, however.
Really?  It actually seems perfect.
You would likely still need some salt. Unsalted bread even with olive oil and balsamic vinegar is not likely to taste very good, though I actually haven't tried that combination myself.
That's ok, Balsamic Vinegar is strong, I'm sure it can dominate the flavor.  Mainly need something to put the Balsamic on (God I love Balsamic Vinegar).  When I realized I probably shouldn't use the bread I had after looking up the health info, for a half minute I actually thought about using my finger as Viin suggested.  awesome, for real   The actual issue with that is finding Tuscan No Salt bread in Poland.

Thank you for the suggestions everybody, good ideas (including the tomatoes schild).

Make a salad with baby spinach and pour that on it.

How many mg of sodium do you consume in a day? That would be the first thing I ask myself if I had a salt issue.

His is not a salt issue, exactly.  Dude lost his hearing almost completely and is looking for possible answers for that problem.

Also, don't drink soda.  Absolutely packed with sodium.

Diet coke has like 40mg a can, compared to a bag of chips or a can of normal soup that is almost like sodium free.

Okay, I shouldn't have said "packed", bad choice of words.  But some people drink almost exclusively diet soda under the false belief that it is a healthy alternative.  That sodium adds up.

Asked in a Reformhaus (healthy food shop?) and they have certain brands/types of Crispbread that are salt-free. Probably available in Warsaw too.

Story time!  awesome, for real

I haven't signed up for any of my Spring classes -- I had a late enrollment date and they were all full. The school limits you to being on the wait list for two classes. Being without a computer, I purchased a smartphone mainly to get immediate notification of an open seat.

After a week, I realized I had less than 60 seconds from receiving the e-mail to going through a multi-step login and add process. My phone has a unique ringtone for the notifcation, and I practiced the login flow. My financial aid depended on getting into classes!

So tonight my phone buzzes a little after 10pm and I jump right on it. Bam bam bam -- then it tells me the system is down for maintenence until 4am swamp poop

I found out after putting those spawn camping skills to use and staying up all night that the school had gone through and dropped a number of students from classes during the maintenence period which started at 10am, then they opened registration for the next 24 hours for students on a Wait List. I'm overcaffeinated but ten grand richer in aid and enrolled in two VERY popular required classes. Worth a night without sleep!

One advantage of the honors program at UGA was you didn't have to jump through hoops. You got to pick classes way before everyone else.

My school seems to have half a dozen Honors type programs, including ones for minorities. Once I transfer to a 4-year I plan to get right into whatever program I qualify for.

I found out that the deadline for students to pay their fees was yesterday -- they dropped all the students who failed to pay. Muy bueno.

Oh, I found out because the computer lab I'm in is terrible at wiping data, and let me log into the e-mail account of the international student who used it last. Hello, bank statement!

Honors programs are little more than a marketing tool created to attract students with higher-than-average entrance criteria.  My experience has shown that Honors students are barely above the ability (usually one stdev or less) of the general student population yet command more resources.  In the STEM disciplines, anyway.

If I had a dollar for every honors student that boasted a high school gpa of 4.0 and subsequently flunked my organic class, I'd retire tomorrow.

At Cal when I needed to get into an impacted class, I'd just keep showing up and doing the work and acing the tests until the people in special programs that let them sign up first (not sure if there even was an honors program but I know my SWE classmates bragged about getting first pick) had dropped out in sufficient numbers, at which point I could officially add the class.  Bit of a gamble but there was no other option and it always worked.   awesome, for real

I didn't really boast a high school GPA of anything great. I got in because of my SAT score at the time. Plus I had like 18 hours of AP credits. I'd likely flunk your organic class back then and right now. Mostly because you'd try to stick it to the monkey in the hat. I know your types.  why so serious?

Dude, O-chem is bullshit.  It's what got me out of being a chem minor for "fun".  I think I got a B, because the curve in that class was HUGE.

Only thing being an Honors program got me was entrance into a dorm that less fun but more sanitary and quiet than your usual one. Also interesting being relatively poor in regards to the students surrounding you.

I'm sure of that.  Otherwise everyone would be a medicinal chemist and I'd have a bitch of a time finding work.   Oh ho ho ho. Reallllly?

Having a good teacher for the topic also helped... a lot.  Once you wrap your head around the fact that most ochem is simply about Lewis acid-base reactions, the whole thing falls apart.

Once you wrap your head about the fact that accounting is simply knowing which side of the ledger eventually hits cash, the whole thing falls apart too.

It still means that 90% of the people that take it in B-School go, "Fuck this."

If it makes you feel better, Nebu, it was my favorite class before I dropped out of college to play music for a 'living'.

I couldn't afford the text book so I spent a lot of time in the library and was drawing a notebook Da Vinci style, doing color drawings from slides and whatnot. It was a lot of fun.

Of course, the whole reason I wanted to major in biochem was to join NASA to make cyborg deep space explorers because of A Whisperer in the Darkness, so I was a bit odd from the get-go...

There were some departmental honors programs - I qualified for the physics one but didn't go into science - but I don't think Cal had a generic honors program like that when I was there, at least not in L&S. (A few years before you probably.)

30+ students or so in my Accounting 1 class, avg score on no curve exam of 82 with 5 100's, 1 98, and 1 89 (scores I know about). About a half dozen or more students dropped the class once they got their grade.

That mentality right there is why most people shouldn't invest without help. Because they bailed on a class in 101 that is essentially just understanding what the hell a financial statement looks like.
