Oh, mine will definitely have an unhappy ending.  I'm in a hard spot.  I had to get the mold inspection, it wasn't an option.  The owner may not have money to fix the problem (or the desire) and that would leave me without a place to practice.  Fitting out a dental office is very, very expensive and I was hoping to have another two or three years to prepare for this eventuality of moving.  As such, I  may just be out a place to work in that area, which is a big problem because I have a lot of patients that use that office.  So really I either get rid of a shitty landlord and lost my office or I keep my office and keep a shitty landlord.  It's a lose-lose situation.

Or you file a law suit for failure to maintain building to code, especially if this was covered in the lease which Im sure your reviewing attorney would have advised. 
My biggest suggestion is if you are operating from multiple locations given the present state of commercial realty (in the toilet) you need to be looking to buy, not lease.

Um, not so much.  This isn't something I'm bothering to hide.  I'm of the view that everyone knows.  (That said, I did edit out calling someones Dad a cunt in politics.  That seemed mean).

Now we need Nerf to update to get rid of the internet blue-balls that developed from the epic thread. Sucks it didn't have a roxors ending, but that was sorta written in the tea leaves from day one. I, for one, would like to know what happened.

That would be difficult to get a landlord to include in a lease, particularly on an older building.  There is all the usual shit about having to "maintain" the premises, etc. in my lease though.

Um, no, that's not how it happened either.

This account got 'outed' the last time (when there was a rather fucking odd multiple page thread about it).  When I slipped back into this account, I kinda figured it was already pre-outed and no-one would give a fuck/people would remember.  I was both right and wrong.

This account was created during the great 'Ironwood is Bored at Work' phase when I created this account to be the Ultimate Mole at f13 in a gimmick strategy that was literally pages long, some including graphs and diagrams.  I had it all planned.  Then realised that I was so bored at work I needed to leave.  Seriously, the thread is around here someplace, go look it up.

Could be worse. CorpNews had a great thread when Boogaleeboo disappeared for 2 or 3 months that involved eventually tracking down his dad and phoning him to ask if Boog was alright. Complete with, "Hi this is Mike from the internet. I'm just phoning to see if your son's ok." If you have no idea who any of these names refer to that's fine too.
