I've had this fella for a while: He is seen here sitting on a tower of soda cans, holding in one claw a picture of a different tower of soda cans.  MADDENING! |

I've actually never been a big Cthulhu fan. This just reminds me that I've never even read the literature.
 EDIT: Context.

I gave one to my 8 month old nephew for Xmas. His boorish parents didn't even know what it was! He dug it tho, since those tentacles are very gummable, individual, or by the mouthful. |

I should get back to nature, too.  You know, like going to a shop for groceries instead of the computer.  Maybe a condo in the woods that doesn't even have a health club or restaurant attached.  Buy a car with only two cup holders or something. -Signe

Haha, I just remembered I gave one to my little cousin for her birthday.  She's past the chewing stage but not the stuffed animal stage.  Her parents didn't know what it was either.  In another ten years or so I'll give her a collection that has that story in it so as to bring it all together. |

It was fun watching the expression on my nephew's parents' face when I calmly explained to them that the stuffed toy I had obtained for the child is, in fact, a demi-god from the abyss who's sole purpose is the annihalation of sanity and the harbinger of the mankind's extinction. They then asked me if it was a fictional demi-god. |

Anyone remember that picture that Lum posted of the wee baby in the crib with the plushy facehugger on it ?
I have that on a hard drive somewhere.  I've yet to show it to a woman that doesn't find it deeply disturbing.

I think I've found my new religion! Makes as much sence as any of the others. And it figures I'm years late to the party. My geek-fu is sooo weak. |

That made me LOL. Of course, I stick to just corrupting my niece and nephews when I can and friends kids when available.  It's cheaper for me and more amusing for the parents.  Ok, just more amusing for me then. |
