Give me a link because Blizzard hates my router and vice versa.

http://files.filefront.com/World+of+Warcraft+v111+Full+Patch/;5169828;;/fileinfo.html

Filefront is being really damn slow but that link is the patch.

[edit] Now that the page's fully loaded I see that's actually a full 1.0 to 1.11 patch, thus the large size.

Finally got mine through the Blizz downloader. Apparently this patch just hangs at 83% and tells you you're behind a firewall. I'm not, of course, because I know how to turn off a fucking firewall. Come to think of it, the background downloader gave me false firewall reports, too. It picked up and completed after awhile.

I did not get to the 83%, at all.  The direct link errors out as well.  Is it possible to get someone to e-mail me it at my g-mail account?  Its stefanslaght <at> gmail.com.

I will love you forever.

No Nerf, but I put a link to this very thread and I said that you all can guarantee for my purity. I even mentioned your case, and see if they can take a look at your lawn from a Michigan perspective.

I finally remembered to turn off my firewall.  That helped immensely.

I am having issues with symantec (the fix is reload my system, which I have not had a chance to do yet).  Guess I will be MIA for awhile.  Sigh.

Symantec issues is why I don't use anything with Symantec's name on it anymore.

You may have to pass the thing through your router's firewall or your firewall specificly by port (im my case, port 3724)  before it starts doing anything.

Select Advanced, Connection info and check to see what port it is listening at.

I just dinked around and tried a few different times but eventually got past the dreaded 83 percentile download.

I ran a CCleaner sweep, cycled my cable modem, rebooted, and played a quick skirmish of Dawn of War with Blizz DL running in the background.   Not neccesarily in that order, but that's what I did. *shrug*

So, this is what happens when I don't host the patches here.

I think the game still lets you patch if you've got a lapsed sub.  So, I'll do what I can when I get home from work.

I'm attempting to download both patches now. It's going to take a while since all the non-subscriber download sites that I could find are being hammered right now with people trying to download the patches.

For some reason, I first read this as "You are a woman."

Which could be quite a compliment, you know.
