Technicality: Prostitution is illegal in Las Vegas. Very. They also have pretty restrictive laws concerning peelers/burlesque. Now elsewhere in Nevada there's a different PoV.

Anyway, she's not a 'whore' in the sense you'd say 'wow i blew my rent on whisky and whores'. However, as others have articulated, she's a whore in the same way some celebreties are.
