The reason you're getting so much attention, Tara, is threefold.
First, it's blatantly obvious that you got implants. We've seen your boobs without them.
Second, we saw your boob post-implant.
Third, your nipples are like looking into the eyes of the Devil himself. You have a pair of torture victims attached to your tits. Your nipples need to be euthanized. It looks like you got the implants done by a five year old. You had decent boobs before, and you threw them into a wood chipper. Hell, I might actually believe you if you said that you hadn't had enhancements but your boobs simply swelled up in reaction to the intense trauma they obviously suffered.

I'm going based off the (admittedly fuzzy) screencaps I've seen from Body Shots. They looked okay. Not fantastic, but passable. I wouldn't be afraid of them if I saw them in person.
