No, sending them to people with bad credit is part of the strategy. That's why they pushed for the new bankrupcy laws making it difficult if not impossible to expunge yourself of overextended credit. It means they're guaranteed to get your money, while bumping you up into the 25%+ interest rate because you violated your credit agreement by being late with even a single payment. Stupid people will gladly sign-up for all these cards without thinking the consequences through. Hell, the worse my rating gets due to ownership of long-term agreements like Cars, the more offers I get for credit. |

Shit, usury is against the law, but have you seen the legal agreements on sleaze merchants like cash 4 title loans, payday check advances adn high-interest "just because" loans?
I can see why the Muslim religion defines paying interest as a sin.
