I do most of my comics reading on my Android tablet using Perfect Viewer. I do have a Windows app called Comix (literally a Windows App Store app, not a program) that I use on the PC.

I was doing Marvel Ultimate (or whatever the sub is called) on an old (2014) 12" android tablet and it was nice, if heavy to hold in bed. Pretty close to actual size of a comic page.

I can tell you that you cannot read anything like a comic on a Kindle--I once ordered a graphic novel as an ebook and tried to view on my Kindle, and it is absolutely no good.
