Draxx. Them. Sklounst.

Tuned in, immediately get to watch cringey Ubisoft talking head offering her deepest sympathies to the families impacted by the Orlando shooting while flanked by a man in a giraffe suit and some sort of "horrifically garish neon costumes through the ages" exhibit or something.  We need to stop this fucking planet right now and sort some shit out. -Kail

I guess I'm the only one who thought this looked like a 3 minute sketch stretched into a 2 hour movie?

It does. However Harold and Kumar go to White Castle was a one-note joke that somehow managed to be brilliantly funny. (The sequels were far inferior.)

Yeah this kind of thing is going to be hugely, hugely hit or miss. It makes a great trailer but it's going to come down to whether K&P can keep some sort of narrative flow going through what will have to be a 90 minute sketch show.

It's Taken with the whitest black guys you ever saw and a kitten instead of a girl. It'll be just fine.

Yeah, I got a very strong "Harold and Kumar" and "Dude, Where's My Car" vibe from this.  Which is a good thing.

It was really fun but I felt it was weaker than their sketches. In all it felt really watered-down and lacked the punch of the show. I'm going to blame the Hollywood decision-chain here.

1) The love interest was a bit hamfisted and obvious, as was the resolution.
2) There were several slow spots where I felt like there had been some setup but a joke wasn't delivered.
3) The wife's story really should have gone another direction. It, too, felt weak and unfulfilled in its original premise.

The past cannot be changed. The future is yet within your power.
