The idea of you lampooning SWTOR amuses me. I approve!

Also the farts made me laugh. They shouldn't have but they did.

It's pretty good for F2P
A lot of ppl told me STO better, but I felt it had no soul compared to this Bioware writing.
It's like they're trying to coax the player into the world, as opposed to throwing him into the borg within 3 missions.

The Romulan story arc is pretty awesome in STO. Theres a moment in the tutorial where you get your first level and the voice over is "CONGRATULATIONS, CITIZEN!!" in the perfect "the Tick" voice, which had me cracking up.

I get that the ship combat and future story arcs might improve in STO, but my impression as Federation Cadet was getting ambushed by Klingon on maiden voyage, earning a battlefield promotion to Captain, then responding to a distress signal - only to run into 20 Borg Spheres.

Whatever happened to exploring new worlds?  awesome, for real

Well the original story was you were promoted in the middle of a Borg attack on a colony without the Klings being involved at all. Which at the end of the arc you went back in time (you know, Star trek) and figured out why the borg were atacking Vega in the first place.

Of course all that got junked when they redid things. And there still is some exploration in the patrols you can do in various planets.

But anyway, back to our galactic soap opera with glowy swords.

People that say they will leave if you don't skip didn't actually leave in my games. Especially if they are just damage people.

Yeah I was nearing Wallet cap for F2P at 250k.
Hence I burned 50k into coins to play slots.
