Time to have a thread for this!  I'll start of with a PSA for potential buyers: The European console version (PS3, XBox 360) will be censored. According to the document, which Eurogamer has verified, the censored scenes include: - A mini-game in which the doctor is performing an abortion on the player.
- A mini-game in which the player is performing an abortion on the character Randy.
- Five anal probing scenes involving someone actively being probed. The scenes play out as normal before and after the active probing sequences.
The PC version is unaffected. |

Well, here is the answer:   Edit: I found out some more. Asian versions: No anal probing (basically the same cuts as the console version) Germany, Austria: No Swastikas, butt full anal probing and abortions! I am not sure I am placated.... |

I'm not surprised, Indiana Jones had its Swastikas removed (both in the movies and in the video games), so this has tradition. Why they call the Low Violence version is a mystery, though.
The other thing I risk, I am ready to welcome our Anal Overlords if it ever comes to that.

I do find the legal issue interesting though which lead to some research. The TLDR conclusion is A) the swastikas might not necessarily be illegal, but B) it's more complicated than that. I doubt this interests people, but if so I can write out a longer explanation. |

I rechecked, you are right. Guess the controversy of the PC game where they removed them made me misremember it was the same with the movies. Can't get worked up over that, too. Its not like I don't know how Swastikas look. Losing content is the only thing that would piss me off. |
