Meant to add a parenthetical that you only tier based on small hitbox if there are no other criteria available. Small hitbox robots still wreck faces. Basically it amplifies whatever's already there.

Okay that was actually pretty hilarious.
Ash Vs. SSJGohan. Ash is actually good for once and kills Gohan from 50%->Dead with what I guess was his ultimate super (which was awesome to watch). Chat explodes since Ash usually chumps out really bad since his hitbox/attack areas don't match like half of the characters available and he never hits anyone. Gohan starts the next match with a one-hit ko super.
Hilarious how it turns out sometimes.
