The Cleveland show was one step too far. It wasn't a new concept or even a really new idea for a cast. The characters aren't funny. But FOX has nothing to go on now that the Simpsons is terrible, and the rest of their Sunday night lineup is completely crap without Seth's stuff.
In a vacuum I like the clevland show the most since its more of a toned down family guy. Of course its just the same as all his other shows which is a pity because it makes clevland a derivative but if family guy and american dad weren't around I think clevland would be have been a lot better received.

At first it was utterly terrible. Lately it's actually been improving and the episodes are making me chuckle quite a bit more than the first season or so did. Not sure if it will actually ever be considered "good" though...
