Busy this weekend until Sunday but shouldn't be too hard to get a match sorted considering the 2 hour time difference WoBBie Comstar  why so serious?

Los Stupicabras vs. Baa Ram U!! (Tied 2-2)

With a little bit of luck Baa Ram U!! pulls off a tie on turn 16.  Great play by Gruntle tieing it up in the first half and having control of the ball most of the second as well.  He even had a few successful Foul Appearances work in his favor for some key plays in the game.

Luckton and I played our match. Cosmonauts 2 - O Deep Space Goat. All my bad rolls seemed to happen at the least inconvenient time for me, which certainly helped. I think I leveled 2 players. Did not have BBM running for this match, not sure about luckton.

You don't have to have it 'running' in order for it to work.  When you open BBM after a match and attempt to upload a game, it'll check for the most recent one of your replays.

Was a good match.  Lots of good Defender Down rolls on both sides, and I Badly Injured a couple Cosmos.  Still, I can't seem to catch a fucking break for the life of me, regardless of the league I'm in.  Argh!

Falc and I played our game this afternoon. Not much to report, we both played a very defensive game that was reflected in the 0-0 scoreline. Both of us had out best chances to score during the other team's offence as well.

I kicked to start and a pitch invasion took down six of OGV while only two of mine succumbed to the fans' pepper-spray.  I rolled forwards and the first half bogged down into a seething mass of Beastmen fighting in Falc's half of the pitch. We both had the ball at various points but Falc couldn't clear it away and I couldn't break out to score. I had a chance to score on the last turn of the half, with a single dodge, pickup, 5+ pass, catch and 2 GfIs  but the dodge at the start of that sequence failed so that went nowhere.

For the second half, Falc got a blitz that didn't achieve much but I ran into a wall of Beastmen on the line of scrimmage and didn't get much further than that for the rest of the game. At one point Falc had the ball and made a pass to a goat who ran for safety but I had unmarked defenders deep enough to intercept and close that down. He picked it up again and ran a bit closer to the endzone but again I was able to sack the ball carrier. I had a receiver in range of the OGV endzone and spare goats in range to make a pass/handoff combo for a last second score but the ball from the tackle bounced into the hands of an Alpaca who'd already moved so that was the game.

I took no injuries and have a level up pending while Falc took two Badly Hurts and a dead Goat for no new levels this time.

This fucking game. It makes me want to throw my computer out a window.

Goat Variations 1 - Triptkyon 0

I received the kickoff and was making good progress, my extra arms +1 MA allowance beastman carefully cradling the ball as he headed upfield. I unfortunately left 1 blitzer free and ruvaldt promptly stomped on my guy's face and took the ball. However, I still had the chance to stop the blitzer from breaking away with the ball, but didn't stand up my guys in the right order and blitzed at a disadvantage. My last blitzer got hit, ended up stunned and I was unable to get anyone close enough to stop the touchdown. On the next kickoff, a lucky riot roll meant I only had 2 turns to score, leaving me 1 turn away from the endzone with the ball. End of half, 1-0.

Second half saw a lot of attempts to break through to my half that were stymied with some last ditch blitzing. Finally I managed to get the ball in the center of the field on my side with no one around and tossed it midfield, where it lay with one of my guys around it. A lot of pushing and shoving and some dodging put the ball in the hands of my +1 AGI beastman, who tossed it downfield to my guy with extra arms and +1 MA. A CATCH! This set me up for an easy TD on the last turn IF he could manage to stay on the pitch and unstunned. The only blitzer he could safely get into range knocked the ball carrier over, but left him able to move with the ball two squares from the end zone. Though it required a dodge, I managed to knock his blitzer away from the ball, leaving the space wide open for my EXTRA ARMS guy to stand up, pick up the ball and score for the tie. All I needed was a 2+ roll for a pickup. 2+

FAIL. GAME OVER.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUuu

A good game that just drove me crazy. The real difference in the game was the armor breaks. I got 22% to his 43%, and a lot of my guys spent the game on their backs, stunned. We each inflicted one casualty, so it wasn't a bloody game, just lots of stunning. My +1 AGI guy leveled and now has block, and Toastie, one of my 1st level beastmen leveled and rolled doubles, getting a +1 MA, so I now have two guys with 7 MA - not bad for this league. Now if they can just PICK UP THE FUCKING BALL. GAH.

Goat Variations 1 - 0 Triptkyon

Our first half was pretty lopsided after some heavy blocking and a turnover of possession after Haemish's third turn when he left his ball carrier open to a blitzing.  I was aided throughout the turns by a series of armor breaks and stuns, but only one KO and casualty.  I scored, thanks largely due to Haemish's only nearby blitzer being stunned on the ground, and Haemish had three turns to score.  A riot occured, however, and Haemish wasn't able to pull off a score to end the half.

Haemish kicked to me in the second half and I dallied a while, running down the clock and looking for a good opportunity to run in the ball.  After some dicey rounds in which Haemish blitzed me and knocked the ball out of Chocolate Jesus' blessed hands, one of my mercs picked up the ball and ran forward into scoring position.  What followed was a spectacular blitz, a toss, my failure to pick up the ball, and a very elven ball pickup/toss to Haemish's extra armed beastman close to my endzone.  I had only one shot left to blitz him and took it, knocking him down after a reroll, but with a little luck Haemish could still have scored.  He blitzed my marker away from the ball and rolled the last pickup needed for a score only to not make the 2+ roll he needed for a draw.

It was a close game with few injuries: one for each side.  My player, Lowside of the Road, got a +STR afterward, and Haemish leveled two players.  It was a real nailbiter of a match, but my armor breaks made a huge difference in an otherwise close game.

Proudft and I played out match, in a stunning 1-1 tie.  Again.   awesome, for real

Fairly mild game.  Elected to receive, but just wasn't quite able to break through his defenses to score.  I ran a goat down towards the goal line with the ball, however I accidently clicked one space more so he tried a gfi.  With 1 second in time left.  And of course he failed it, and the game insta said no to a reroll.  After that point it was just a slap fight over a lose ball.

Second half he cages up heavily with the ball, so I have my wizard shoot a filreball, and it looks like my whining to Nuffle worked!  It knocked down several of his players, including the ball carrier.  Was able to grab it and eventually score on turn 12.  However, I'm a dumb ass, and left my flanks open slightly on the next drive, wanting to make sure I had good coverage down the middle.  My stupid kicker kicks the ball right next to the line of scrimmage.  Proud runs a guy or two down my right side.  I attempt to make a 1d block with my last reroll (instead of first moving people to block the flank like I should have), and of course fail both roll attempts.  He gets the ball down next to the scoring line with a loan goat, whom I charge with my own, who of course fails to knock down and only pushes.  Next turn ball goat charges and knocks my goat away, and runs in the score on his turn 16.

Catfud 2 over me 0.

With a skilled beastman team vs a near total unskilled one I was always up against it. However, Catfud played well, using his skills when he needed them. My wizard and extra reroll proved useless. He gains a skill and has 1 out next match. I get no skills, have 1 out for next match and one getting fired for a -1ST.

Teleku covered it.  The first half was a blockorama, the second was much more chaotic, and despite the World's Best Fireball, the Mammals managed to squeak out a tie.

Once again I kill half the other side but fail to actually score.

Avaia made some good plays, dodging all about (8/8) and winning 2-0. In the first he dodged and blitzed my ball carrier, getting the ball down, then picked it up and ran two GFIs to score. I failed a GFI to score in the first, but that required a BS throw and catch to begin with so I can't complain.

In the second I kept failing pickups (the best was the one on the sideline, that then got a crowd throw into my back half) and paid for it when Avaia charged the ball down, dodging guys into the area. Then he dodged free and picked up the ball in a tacklezone in the endzone (sans reroll) to make it 2-0.

My MVP went to my dead goat. Which was the only player I had that levelled.

/Whinging

Avaia played well and made the most of my loose protection of the ball, quickly scoring from my turnovers. I will have to adjust my plans for next game as they are not currently working very well.

I killed 1 and injured 6 others, so at least I will be the bashy-est team in the league.

This season? Nah, it's only about 11-12. Over both seasons? Try 30+ (28 from the current team, 3 from the guy who just died, and then another handful from the level three player I had to sack).

Linda is powering ahead, up to 13 casualties caused now. That's five in three games this season. Asia has a more impressive record though, only 5 casualties caused, but three of them have been deaths.

You had 9 going into that game.  According to Avaia's post you inflicted 7 injuries and 1 death.  That's 17 unless an apothecary saved one and BBManager counted it anyway, in which case you would be at 16.

Ah, maybe the Cyanide is confusing you. It records them as both a casualties and a death when you kill someone. So 5 casualties and 3 deaths is still only 5 casualties, not 8.

According to my stats in game I have 7 + 5 + 3 this season. With two deaths. So 15 casualties (I forgot the game against Bann).
