Only one game to go so it's time to start looking ahead to the next game day. Playoff positions are coalescing but most divisions are still extremely fluid. With a maximum of 9 points to grab between now and the end of the season it's still mathematically possible for most teams to make the playoffs but realistically the top and bottom are unlikely to change a lot.

Day 4 was a bad day for predictions, I got 7/16 in the end for a cumulative total of 35/62.

Division 1:

Celer v Paelos - Paelos has yet to take any points in the season so far. This won't change versus a developed Elf team. 3-0 Celer. Actual result: 1-0 Celer.
Sjofn v Comstar -  Should be an interesting game. Comstar is the favourite going in with the better team and better record but the Norse are always likely to cause an upset. I'm going to say Comstar but he won't enjoy patching his team up afterwards. 2-1 Comstar. Actual result: 1-0 Comstar
Carnifex v IainC - Straight out of my mauling at the hands of Ingmar and into another bruising encounter with a developed Lizard team. I'm down a Wardancer for this game but the Krox is also sitting out so that's a wash I guess. No inducements for me either so I'm going to say this one will be a bad game for both of us. 2-2 draw. Actual result: 3-0 Carnifex.
Ingmar v Proudft - If anyone can take Beardstorm head on in this league it's the Beetles. Proudft has had some bad results so far but he's a good coach with a  good team. Another 2-2 draw. Actual result: 2-0 Ingmar.

Division 2:

AndyDavo vs Luckton - This will be a pure farming match. Maybe a Treeman will kill someone but there's not a lot else for Luckton to look forwards to. 5-0 AndyDavo. Actual result: 3-1 AndyDavo
Falconeer vs Megrim - The gimmick team that actually works will still have problems vs Falconeer. The inducements might swing a surprise but I expect Falc to take points here. 3-1 Falconeer. Actual result: 2-1 Falconeer.
Reborne vs Lamaros - Even Gutter Runners can successfully punch Snotlings and no Skaven worth his whiskers will be caught by an Ogre so I expect this to be a frustrating match for Reborne. 3-0 Lamaros. Actual result: 5-2 Lamaros.
Haemish vs Avaia - Both teams need the three points from this game to stay in the chase. Unfortunately I think the Skaven will find this a very hard match between the Nurgle cage and Disturbing Presence all over the pitch. 2-1 Avaia. Actual result: 2-2 Draw.

Division 3:

Kailas vs Ulysees - The Minizillas have had a bad start to the season but I think that they'll bring home the points here. 2-1 Ulysees. Actual result: 3-1 Ulysees.
Krummi vs ICE - Elven Bullshit squared. Ultimately though I think that the better team will prevail. 3-2 ICE. Actual result: 2-1 ICE.
Ramas vs Ginaz - The Silver Horde get a stand up fight and it's one they will win. 2-1 Ramas. Actual result: 2-0 Ramas.
Teleku vs Strazos - Assuming this one gets played it should be the match of the day. My money would go on the Hippies though. 3-1 Teleku. Actual result: 2-1 Teleku.

Division 4:

Cancklebiter vs Catfud - Alive Not Dead will give the struggling Undead a tough game. Having played both coaches quite a bit though I'd say that Catfud should take this one. 2-1 Catfud. Actual result: 2-0 Catfud.
Ezrast vs Ruvaldt - Newbie Elves go up against the mincing machine that is the Ex Presidents. Won't be pretty. 2-1 Ruvaldt. Actual result: 2-0 Ruvaldt.
Brocktoon vs Drogg - If Drogg has a team left after his day 4 match with Cancklebiter he should take this one with ease. Otherwise it could be a close match. 2-1 Drogg. Actual result: 1-0 Drogg
SirT vs Bann - Not a game that SirT will take a lot from I feel. he'll have lots of inducements and something like Morg could swing the balance but it won't be enough. 3-0 Bann. Actual result: 1-0 Bann.

So, looking ahead, if I'm right in these predictions (hah!) then the divisions will look like this:

Division 1...Division 2...Division 3...Division 4
Comstar - 10...AndyDavo - 13...Strazos - 12...Ruvaldt - 15
Ingmar - 9...Lamaros - 13...Teleku - 12...Catfud - 12
Carnifex - 9...Falconeer - 12...ICE - 10...Bann - 10
Sjofn - 7...Avaia - 9...Ramas - 9...Drogg - 10
--------------------...--------------------...--------------------...--------------------
Celer - 7...Megrim - 6...Ulysees - 7...SirT - 4
IainC - 6...Haemish - 6...Krummi - 6...Cancklebiter - 3
Proudft - 5...Reborne - 0...Ginaz - 1...Brocktoon - 2
Paelos - 0...Luckton - 0...Kailas - 1...Ezrast - 1

Let's see how this falls out!

Do both teams get rocket inducements?  I can see a 1-1 draw, but no way 4 TDs will come out of this match.

One of these days, I will get some points, and a Minotaur, and yall will rue the day! RUE IT!

That's probably going to happen around season 8.

I am not optimistic about this week. This is probably not a surprise, given I don't think I've been optimistic ANY week so far?

Division 1:

Celer v Paelos - 3-0 Elf Bullshit but some Elves get hurt I hope.
Sjofn v Comstar -  This game is going to hurt a lot. However, I have just as many sidestepping/stand firm as the Norse have Frenzy, and equal ST and better Guard, but less Block. And 400 inducements. 2-1 but 3-0 Amazons dead.
Carnifex v IainC - After playing both, I have to give this to the lizards -Carinfix is REALLY good at protecting his skinks. 3-2.
Ingmar v Proudft - No matter who wins we all lose - so I hope the Khermi can pull something out of the bag and kill manu Dwarves. Won't happen :( 1-1 draw.

He killed 2 of em last time we played, so there's definitely precedent. I don't know why you think he's going to score though.  Oh ho ho ho. Reallllly?
